I love this shop! I got my second tat done here and Angi was great! She talked to me through the whole thing and even explained to me ways to make it hurt less! I then told my boyfriend about them and we went to talk to Billy about doing our next tats. He took the time to talk to us and come up with ideas and quoted a lesser price than the shop down the street and we have been going there ever since! I would venture to say I consider my tattoo artist and his wife my friend! Billy can be brutally honest but if someone is too sensitive to take honesty they probably shouldnt be getting tattoos in the first place! My brother recently got his first tattoo here and loved it also. I told him I wouldnt go anywhere else because I trust and value Billy and Angis opinion and artistic eye. If they think something wont work it wont work. Billy can even tell you when your skin is starting to not handle the ink well and have you come back later to finish because he would rather do that than push your body to do more than it can handle and end up with crappy work. I will never trust anyone else to tattoo my body.

I have had 4 tattoos done at Yes, It Hurts!!! Billy and Angi are THE BEST! They are down to earth, comical, and dont give you the run around. They tell you how the tattoo will look in the future if you want to get work done around it and if its a location for the art. They truly know the art of tattooing! I will never go anywhere else as long as my husband and I live in Beaufort!!!

They started as the weird tattoo artists and ended up the weird friends. It is a very special place filled with special memories and friends.
