i am a very loyal tractor supply customer. it is very disappointing when i made a call yesterday inquiring about the 10 ft fishing kayak for a fathers day gift for my husband. I was told they had one in stock i in return asked if they could hold it for me and i would pick it up due to the fact i live over an hour away. The man i spoke to told me they do not hold things and to call back in the morning to see if it was still available . I just call them first thing this morning only to be told yes they still had one but it was on hold for someone..Well you can imagine my disappointment with this news as well as frustration. i asked to speak to a manager, which i was transferred to someone else only to be told it would not be fair to let me purchase this kayak to the person that had it on hold... I in return state how was it fair to me that I was told I could not put the kayak on hold, then was told to call later i could speak to an asst manager. I think i will transfer my business to the local feed stores..Great Job Tractor Supply

I ordered 2 items one of them being a generator to find out that T.S. cancelled the order before I went to pick up my other order. I called the online help line to no satisfaction due to automation. It would have been nice to be notified that my order would not be fulfilled at all. I also called the store to find out when I would get my money back in my account and nobody knew the process or the 1-800 number to inquire about the refund. I will not be using their on-line service again!

Im setting up a rescue for Pitts.I have bought Kennels,Fence,T posts,Tools,Hydraulic lines,I go to the Chesapeake location at least twice a month.I usually buy over $200 worth of Dog supplies each time.The Staff is very helpful.Helping me load up and very friendly.Just wanted to say thanks for all the help and courteous service.A nice group of young people.For sure..Les Cobb..
