i have never bought anything in petvalu, because we just were looking around. So far so good though!! they get many customers and have a very nice petstore. the only low though is that they dont have very much hamster supplies. (tip to pet valu) i would suggest that you take out pine, cedar, and all nesting material because the pine and cedar contains an oil that can give them respiratory issues and nesting material is not good because if your pet ingests it it can get stuck in their intestines or get wrapped around their legs and teeth!!!

The products are high end, the staff is amazing! I will never go to another pet store for dog food or treats again. The staff talked me through each food from ingredients to performance. I couldnt believe how much she knew about everything! My first trip in I received a free wash coupon and pet food samples! I cant stop bragging about this place!

They are wonderful I found a little kitten she was less than two months old and wasnt eating they were a great help with her they spend over a hour talking to me.
