The Do it Yourself bathing facilities are absolutely horrific. Ive tried it twice and Ill never go back. The wash tubs are never clean. The towel rags ( literally stink like theyve been sitting in a washer for a week and are the size of a washcloth. The staff is friendly but it just seems like they have to be told of the shortcomings of the accommodations that the establishment provides rather than making sure that all is in proper order before use for the next customer. Im completely disappointed. Ive chosen to travel all the way to PatValu in Kennett simply because they provide the BEST for my dog. The baths are always clean and are disinfected before each use. They actually provide an unlimited supply of life size bath towels and doggie shampoo of your scent choice. Why wouldnt I go there. Please save your money and dont even waste your time. Sorry Pet Supplies....... but clearly, my pup is definitely not your top priority.

If I could go lower then one I would. I bought 2 blue loaches from this store. After their quarantine they introduced Ich into my tank. With in 3 days I lost 2 bala sharks I had for almost 3 years, a angelfish, one of my clowns loaches and one of the blue loaches. I inform them they need to treat their tanks only to find out the pet care person didnt believe me and Ich speed to other tanks in their store. Buy with caution, thanks for not taking proper care of your animals and selling sick ones. Thanks for killing off half of my tank. Will NOT be shopping or recommending them to anyone!

they have a wide variety of products which is great... but when I needed a question answered, a "manager" was called out to assist me. He barely spoke to me, was extremely shy and quiet, didnt answer my question... just shrugged and looked at the items on the shelf. He either needs training, or a different position because his customer service skills are non-existent. again, they do have great products, and their prices are pretty decent. just know what you need before you go there.

This place gets 5 stars because of Irene in the grooming department. She is absolutely fantastic with my pup who really does not like to get his nails done! Otherwise prices have generally seemed good here and the other staff members have generally been friendly.

We buy all of our dogs products from here. We had great help picking out dog food to suite our dog. We also bought betta fish. They had a lot of great options of beautiful fish for a great price.

This store is very clean and the aisles are easy to maneuver with a cart. The cashier was pleasant and courteous. The prices were good and they have sales as well as coupons!

The groomer gave my dog a huge ear infection. Im very disappointed. My dogs ear was bleeding and apparently got water or they were hard when cleaning its ear.
