NO I would NEVER GO TO THIS FED EX STORE IF I HAD ANY OTHER CHOICE. The only reason they are still open is college students cant choose otherwise unless they travel to another location. I called today to ask about matte plastic folders for in a binder for my daughter at CMU. (My daughter wouldnt call. She said, they wont look at the PITT store. They are a$$holes in that store.) When I said it was for a college project, Mike interrupted me and started to tell me about matte photo paper. When I said I wasnt talking about photo paper, and I started to repeat the question, he still didnt listen, and interrupted me saying, VERY rudely, "Let me finish." After he finished telling me I had to come in to look at photo paper, I said, "No, you did not listen to my question." He again interrupted, saying, "We dont have it." I replied, "What you really mean is you dont want to look." He said, "Look your daughter will have to come in and look herself." I said,"Its a simple question....which you can answer rather than her taking a half hour to ride the bus down to look.... I asked to talk to a manager and he said, "No one else is here but me" and hung up on me. Now, if he was really alone at 5:50pm on 12/13/12 then Fed Ex should hire more people, preferably ones with a little bit better attitude. If this was my store, I would FIRE someone with such a poor attitude. There are lots of people looking for jobs. (And I know that Cranberry Township PA has the sleeves I was looking for...so I assume that they should have them here unless they have less stock that Cranberry/Mars--where the employees are nice and helpful)

I would not recommend going here. from the minute i walked in, it was obvious that the guy working there (his name was Mike Thomas) did not want to be there. He had a huge attitude, as if I was at fault for walking in forcing him to actually work. He wouldnt even answer simple questions without muttering things about me under his breath, as if I wasnt standing two feet in front of him, as if i couldnt obviously see and hear him. it was especially degrading to me considering this abuse was coming from a black guy who was obviously proud of acting like an immature child, as if acting like a thug in front of customers was somehow cool. i will not be returning to this fedex kinkos ever again

When I walked into this location the entire place smelled like an ashtray. It was really off-putting and not somewhere I wanted my packages sitting around. As an added bonus the people working that day were grumpy and unpleasant. There was one guy that might have been a useful human being, but he disappeared into the back as soon as I said I was already being helped. In the future, Ill be visiting the Shadyside location when I have to use FEDEX.

The assistant manager served me directly because he was available. Excellent support. Explained the steps I would be best served by, and helped assure I had not mishandled the shipping. I will send all of my personal and professional colleagues to this FEDEX location. (10-points also for their extended business hours).

Visited the Oakland shop on Thursday morning for an office project. Mark was absolutely the greatest. He helped format the pages I needed printed and gave me suggestions on the outcome. The experience was great. Everyone that entered the store was greeted by a FedEx staff ..... very professional!

Ive been to FedexOffice locations in several cities around the country and there is not one with more knowledgable employees or faster service. Sounds like hyperbole, but its not. thee guys are good at what they do and seem to enjoy doing it.

The staff was horrible , i needed to print a document, the girl took my usb flash and went back to her computer and started talking to her friend , never go to this fedex , they need to hire better employee
