The service starts out good, but one guy came to help me and then when they didnt have what I was looking for he just walked away. He did not ask if I needed help with anything else. I had to chase him down to ask a question and he did not even walk with me to the product. So I decided to just leave. This is why I prefer Staples. They have more friendly staff at every location I been to and they walk with you to the products and they help you find what you came in the store for.

Always professional with plenty of floor personnel to help me find items Im searching for. Got a free laptop diagnostic! No diabetic hard candy in the snack food kiosk where you wait in line to check out. Upon request, they will email &/or snail mail you specials that may save you much money. Highly recommend visiting this particular store. Employees are kind, very willing to help and present themselves with consistent kind, funny and professional work ethics!

I love this office depot so much. Theres an employee there by the name of Katie shes cute and a hardworker. So thats a plus lol also Im always greeted well by everyone and helped super fast. The office depot off new garden road looks nicer but is so unorganized and the workers are crazy rude and clueless about customer service.

I dont know if I always pick bad times to come or all of the lines are just slow. Not much hussle, found a staff member on his phone near the area I thought about asking where something would be, but didnt figure Id bother him. Friendly, attentive service is always more enjoyable to the public.

Spent 30 minutes looking at different briefcases. Made my purchase and when I arrived back home found the shoulder strap was missing a piece, and it was the last briefcase in that model they had. Defective goods shouldnt be on display for sale.

Got a good price and the employees were very helpful but the select was not the best
