If I could rate this place under 1 star j would. Literally the worst service I have ever experienced. Do NOT come here. I waited in line for 30 minutes to get a piece of paper printed and then they couldnt figure out how to work their own printer. The manager also bold face lied to me about what kind of paper I could use because he was too lazy to go get another package. The other employee told me. Go to staples!!! F U to Office Depot! I will never go back!

Rude and unconcerned staff. Couldnt tell me the weight of resume paper or offer an alternative when the weight I wanted wasnt available. To top it off, said all their computers were down so couldnt print from a flash drive. Yet as I was leaving there was clearly a self serve copy station with a USB drive that she could have suggested. No wonder this store was so empty, they dont give a crap about their customers.

Customer Service salesman sold a printer for incredible sales price even though they were sold out. He ordered it and it was fed exed overnight the next day. It was a nice printer. I work out of my home and buy all my office needs there because they have everything and great prices. You are always helped when you walk in.

Store is standard fare, but the print and copy area is atrocious. I waited for 15 minutes for a few simple prints only to be told they couldnt figure out how to use their own software. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
