All started in one of the office depot stores (Cranberry, PA). When purchasing furniture, they had none available in stock. The woman then proceeded to place an order online, has messed up, and put every piece of furniture on separate orders. While other items came at an estimated date, the chair has not been delivered. I havent received a call or notification, so I contacted customer service, informing me that my chair was misrouted and that it would be delivered the next day. Guess what. It hasnt been delivered the next day either. So I called back again, asking to speak to a supervisor. I was told that all supervisors are busy and I would receive a call back from one shortly. I havent received a call that day. So I decided to call again. After speaking to an agent, turns out my chair was misrouted again, stating that it would be delivered the next day. Knowing that asking to speak to a supervisor is pointless, I decided to wait for the next day. Guess what. The chair came! However, upon opening box, the chair was had some quite noticeable damages! Now back to the waiting game. Stay away from Office Depot! I, personally, will never do business with them again. Very poor customer service.

Store is a little old and worn. The staff is friendly however the print center people can be lazy. I wanted to get a few papers laminated and they told me it would take 24 hours as they were busy and have to wait for the machine to warm up. I have gone to many other OfficeMax locations and can usually get my order printed and laminated within a few minutes. I even asked another employee at a different location and he said they were probably being lazy and should been able to get the papers laminated within a few minutes even if they would have had to turn on the machine and let it warm up.

Nothing special. Went here for school supplies then left. Okay prices. Would probably go to Walmart instead next time just for even cheaper prices.

You can get the same products for less on Amazon or at Walmart, and the staff leave much to be desired..
