Just not willing to deal with custom print orders in a friendly way! I called them after trying to place an order on the Staples.com website. They were frustrated as was I about the failure of the website to accept my order and payment. They were not able to interact with me in a professionally courteous way in order to get the job done. Im going to UPS.
