Just for background, I worked in retail for 3 years. I have a high level of patience and understanding for those that work in retail. My only experience at this store today was the most ridiculous thing Ive ever experienced. The associate helping us walked away to man the register for 20+ minutes as we stood in the front of the store watching the MOD assist a customer at printing, go assist the associate at the register, then brush him off and tell him he didnt have time to help us, walks in front of us and assists a person who literally just walked in the door in front of us. Ive never felt so uncomfortable at a store and because of this I wont even be ordering the desks I had picked out online. No wonder why Office Max stores have been closing. Thanks for wasting my time guys.

Tried to charge me $150 when I took my tablet to them (as I live within walking distance from them) to ask some "neighborly" advice. Had one question about how do I free up space and instead of simply answering that question (which Radio Shack did next door without hesitation or compensation) they, OFFICE MAX, WANTED TO CHARGE ME $150 TO ANSWER MY QUESTION!!!???!!! GREEDY!!!!! Gave 2 stars because they DO have some good front door deals but not something to run over there for. OH, ALMOST FORGOT, THEY CHARGE A LOT, I THINK, TO USE THEIR COPIER, FAX, PRINTER, ETC... MAYBE I SHOULD REDUCE TO 1 STAR... BUT THEY ARE MY NEIGHBORS. :-(

Excellent service. Young man named Steve found me a charger cable for my iPhone at half the price of the Apple cords. Said he uses the same brand on his Samsung. Have used this after market brand in the past with good success. Thank you Steve!

They are expensive and dont have a great variety of supplies except copy paper of different colors, pens and basic stuff. I can get most things in their store at a discount retailer for less money.

Its a pretty decent store and has okay selection and pricing, but has very limited staff presence...probably because it does such minimal business (the store seems pretty dead each time Im there).

Very few employees, it takes a long time to get things done in the print center. Its best to email your print jobs 2 or 3 days b4 you need them.
