I wa a greeted when I walked in which was nice, and asked several times if I needed help. Finally I asked the manager for a Fitbit I was looking for. He told me he didnt have it in store and that he could order it for me. He then took me up to their computer and searched Fitbit and couldnt find one that fit my needs (records biking) then typed in Microsoft band and nothing came up. So he just paused and stares at the blank screen. Then looked at me and said that he didnt have it at all. He clearly had no idea which Fitbit could record what I was looking for. Because if he did then he would have saw that their website does carry it. After being told that they did not carry it. Also when I declined to sign up for a rewards card, it seemed as though the cashiers mood completely changed, she no longer smiled and just kinda seemed like she didnt care after that. And I also found it rather odd that an employee had food delivered to the store and that the manager had to wait to assist me until he called the employee up to pay he delivery guy. Like isnt that what lunch breaks are for? To go get food? Not have it delivered in front of a bunch of customers. Anyway, I went to Best Buy where the gentleman who assisted me knew exactly what I needed and showed me a variety of options he had in store for me to buy. Best Buy or Office Max from now on for me! Customer service is key!

If you need something scanned and put on your flash drive urgently, you cant count on this place. I went there just because I needed immediate scanned copy of my license put on my flash drive, not even asking for a print. cant give a 0 star so I put a 1. Staff wasnt helpful at all. Assistant person was just standing there seemed to not have been doing anything before me asking and telling me I would have to pick it up later in a few hours because they have other work ahead of me. Better off buying your own scanner than depending on the bad customer service at this staples. Just went to OfficeMax and they helped me out in seconds, thank god customer service isnt dead everywhere

Horrible customer service. A gentleman behind the printing counter was rude and ignorant to a young girl near me who was trying to print items. I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I hope this store gets some serious customer service training because after this incident and reading other reviews they will need it. I will be going to Office Max from now on until this situation is fixed.

This location is conveniently located. The staff are semi helpful. If you are looking for something, you should go online or call ahead to see if the item is in stock. There are some deals though on tech products so you might stop in to see if something matches what you are looking for.

Staff was very helpful. I was looking for a new office chair. I went to another store and I felt like I was at a used car lot. I came to this Staples and the staff let me just shop and provided some recommendations. It was great to shop without being pressured.

So I was going to use the mailing center and ask for a single regular large envelope which the lady behind the counter pointed the way. The male who was also behind the counter called me "stupid". Do you have customer service training at this location?

Prices are what you would expect. I got a few certificates printed here, and they turned out fine. Staff was helpful, service was quick if you can catch them at a good time.

A nice store. It has some nice deals on Black Friday. I remember staying up and waiting for the store to open. Otherwise the prices can be a bit much.
