People at this location has been great with me, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products on my every visit. Now, the company is a different story, credit card application online gave me a very hard time and the Best Buy app always crashes. Couldnt buy what I wanted online and took me three calls for the card application; first didnt really know/explain me what happened, second one wasnt very helpful and lied about the application going only as a soft inquiry, told me to fix something of my information with my credit score and "if I was really passionate about the card" to re-apply after 30 days and only the manager of credit review gave me the solution to solve my problems at the local best buy store. I went here the same day of the last call and actually got approved with the help of a store associate name George and few others; he helped me through the whole process till the end, even though I got there 30 minutes before the closing time. I thank you guys!

I stopped in the Best Buy in Cranberry Twp today ready to purchase a $350 smart watch. An available associate was standing nearby so I told him what I was looking for and he said he would check on it and be back. After a few minutes I saw him approach another man and asked if he needed assistance. The other guy apparently saw the associate working with me and asked if he needed to finish with me first. I heard the associate say, "no. I already looked up what she needed. I can get back with her after." How completely discourteous to not even tell me the answer and expect me to wait on him to finish with a new customer when I was there first. I will not be spending my money on that watch at Best Buy and would rather go somewhere that actually understands manners and customer service! This is not the first bad experience I have had at this store, but it will be the last.

Bought a laptop which was defective having hardware issues from there. Had to wait for them to fix it four months two extra due to them dropping my laptop which broke open. They said they where going to replace, but didnt and instead decided to change parts, but one of my speakers on it is messed up. I am afraid to take it back this isnt the first time I had an issue there. When I ordered my laptop it came with no bubble wrap or packing peanuts to keep it from being damaged. I would never buy a computer there ever again after the hell I went through and multiple anxiety attacks. One time for almost slamming my head off a wall and ending up in an emergency room due to this, along with almost passing out. If your wondering what laptop I bought it was an Asus I will never buy that brand again get a Dell.

Great service. Had bought a new LG fridge, didnt have a water filter in it. Found out when filter change light started flashing and was putting in the replacement. Called to let Best buy know. The call went to some call center where some odd ball or Asperger type person with zero social skills or customer service refused to help me. Asked to talk to a manager and was connected to the actual store where I had bought the fridge. The manager was a great guy, who understood the issue first time, acknowledged it politely and sent me a replacement and thanked me for my business. For this type of excellent service I shop for electronics or appliances only at this store.

I should have shopped at Amazon, but I really wanted something right away so I went to the store since they had the product on sale. I got to the store and of course they were sold out (poor stock planning) and then when I went to customer service and asked if they could help me order one, the (blonde) girl behind the counter looking at me funny and said "I dont know what you are talking about"! I can think of several ways a customer service person can ask a customer to clarify the information and that certainly wouldnt have been one of them. Thankfully a co-worker took over right away and helped me. Going to Amazon next time.

I regret every time I go in this store. You wait forever to get someone to wait on you. I usually order ahead and pickup, but the last time I did that, I waited over 20 mins in line at the pickup location while the clerk, whose only job is to hand out pickup orders, worked on a customer service issue with someone who couldnt make the website work! They just dont get it. The pickup process should be VERY quick... Show Id and email receipt, pickup item ordered and out! Customer service issues should be handled by... Customer Service. Or, at the very least should take a back seat to pickups.

I love my S7 Galaxy very easy to use. A lot on this . Different apps s7 has is amazing. The best part of my cell phone Conconsuella.She is very patient with us showing we need to know. Very impressed with all I have learned during taking classes. Fantastic Idea I still have some things to know I think we are thrilled the tough things. I wouldnt mind if they had more classes for us older people. I have to be shown to learn and that is what she does. Samsung you have a magnificent person there. She duffently needs a raise after working with me . Thank you for.this offer.

My wife went to a Verizon store and tried to transfer her line to the be phone she bought and they tried to charge her $70 to transfer her number. They constantly tried to get her to buy a different phone after she already purchased one from best buy online. They wasted everybodys time in the end we had him undo everything. She went back to best buy and had her new phone activated for free. And the phone was 1/4 the cost of the phones they are selling in the Verizon store. Best Buy is great I highly recommend doing business with them over the Verizon store.

There was a nice lady named Leash (I think it could have been Leah or lesh, I honestly wasnt wearing my glasses so I couldnt see her name, but she had brown hair) and she was the best I was asking about a laptop for editing videos and playing games on, she pointed me to the correct one, helped me on all my tech savvy questions and she over all seemed like she knew a lot about this type of stuff, anyways I dont normally go to Best Buy so this was a nice time and Ill have to go there again! (May I also say it was great looking I loved it!)

I brought my cimpute in to be diagnosed, not only were they incapable of fixing it, they insisted that my motherboard was ruined and said that they could "try to fix, it I guess" but we would have to give them "like 500$" and it would be ready in "maybe a month" they charged us 100$ to say that. We spent 200$ more replacing that parts they said were ruined (but werent) and in the end the reason it wouldnt turn on is because of a 40$ part they were too lazy to take out and test. Dont go here, they dont care about you.
