En la tienda de Aventura solo tratan de impresionar pero realmente el servicio es muy mediocre y la organización pesima.yo les sugería q para q los empleados no estén buscando a los clientes cuando les toca el turno ...que los clientes no se cansen de estar de pie esperando y esperando por horas, tengan respeto por las personas q necesitan sus servicios y q a la vez uds necesitan para tener su trabajo...organicen mejor ese salón quiten esas mesas grandes q solo estorban y coloquen sillas de espera, coloquen numero de seguimiento del cliente así como se ve en los lugares muy concurridos, un ejemplo el deli de algún supermercado tienen un numero de atencion se los aclaro por si no saben lo q les comento y los empleados que están en ese corre y corre también atiendan técnicamente al cliente .formen un front desk individual para cada cliente donde se vea la capacidad y el espacio adecuado al aparato que necesita atención O R G A N I C E N S E no hay nada como la organización Impresiones al publico. Time to switch to another product. Apple is extremely greedy, integrity lost, poorely designed products lacking elements such as normal function of cooling system in laptop.A piece of investment tuns in a piace of junk in a couple of years...The stuff is clueless... The concept of customer care is non existent at this company. My 2.4 k laptop graphics card failed again after they repaired it. Came to appointment and the they gave me an estimate of 350$ during which the person was telling me all kinds of bs and could not figure out the issue untill another guy came over and said " plug this wire into this hole" ... the "specialists" do not have any knoweledge , i could have told him from the start what the problem is. These are not very smart people placed on the job , because he didnt even put down the estimate he gave me for the repair. So 2 weeks later I decided to proceed with repair... another clerk said that they have no record of my visit in the mid of May or they dont have such estimate of $350 because all repairs related to investigating the issue and than proceeding with repair would start at$595... basicaly its was like " you are crazy, go home" ... they are lazy, disinterested customer service clerks , horribly trained sales people... they always want to sell you something else , like the thousands you spend already is just garbage, the product has huge price by comparison to other products, which doesnt mean it will work. Waist of time...for $595 i will buy a new laptop. Btw my dollar amount spent in apple aventura is around $20k in any other store i will be concidered a " luxury" client... not here. I always thought that premium retail price would include some sort of decent service ... again , not here...

Apple Aventura misrepresented the AppleCare coverage included upon purchase and advised that the burden of insurance was that of the financial institution with the loan for the phone bc by making monthly payments the financial institution would require or provide insurance. Upon theft of iphone, I contacted the financial institution with the loan (Citizens) who denied coverage and directed me to Apple. Apple denied responsibility/coverage based on this sole reason: I did not purchase the "extended warranty" when I purchased my phone. After 5-10 additional minutes of holding , Apple retracted this statement and that of the initial salesperson upon purchasing the phone. For the FIRST time, Apple advised me that Apple would not cover loss or theft of my phone, that I would have to continue paying Citizens on my phone loan or my credit score would be destroyed, and that the AppleCare insurance I still had under the AppleCare agreement could ONLY be applied to any new phone ( replacement or brand new purchase) if, and only if, I HAD INSURANCE WITH MY CARRIER COVERING LOSS OR THEFT at the time of loss/theft. Compare this with the advice provided during initial sale where i was advised the financial institution would "require or provide" loss/theft insurance ... Apple employees are not properly educated on standard policies that apply across the company. instead of the replacement phone I was advised I would be entitled to, Apple offered me a phone case and a screen cover.... and the remaining AppleCare - prorated through Citizens which Apple had just stated has "no financial connection or relationship with Apple."

I went on Friday to make my appointment in person, after 20 minutes waiting to talk to PAOLO, finally i got one for next day at 4 15, and he told me, make sure you re here 15 mins before( never said, if you are not here 15 mins. before the appt, will be canceled). Saturday i couldnt be there 15 minutes before( 4:00 pm) due to really bad traffic to the Aventura mall, and i got there at 4:20 and of course the line to talk to PAOLO again was huge, by the time i got to him to let him know i arrived, it was already 4:25, and with that ironic smile he said: oh Im sorry you will need to make anther appointment., i requested to talk to the manager DANNY, and he said he tried to find a spot and finally came to me apologizing, worthless and senseless speech : im so sorry but since you were late and we are really behind they can not see you today, WHEN I HAVE BEEN IN THAT STORE REPAIRING MY LAPTOP, MY IPHONE 4 TIMES, AND MY IPAD, AND I VE WAITED OVER 4 HOURS IF WE COUNT EVERY TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN THERE!!!! it is ridiculous, worst apple store i ve been, unfortunately its the closest that i have, but id rather drive to a north location than dealing with this careless employees, they know this reviews wont be taking into consideration. But i will try to write one of this daily till someone reads this and something changes. BTW: next day i went to apple store located at lincoln road, and i waited 40 mins after my scheduled appt and i arrived half hour before, so..... APPLE STORE MANAGERS!!! EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT KIND OF ORGANIZATION YOU HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!

So after speaking with two Apple phone technicians I decided to just come personally to the store so I can have a specialist look at my phone. The person that greeted me was nice and after telling her my issue she stayed she would get someone for me right away and would not put me on the list because it was an issue that would not take much time to fix. I stepped to the side and with in moments "Dan with the long beard" came and introduced himself to me. From start to finish I was blown away by his customer service! Not at any point he made me feel like my questions were silly or got annoyed! He was extremely patient, well spoken and over all just a pleasure to meet him! Not only did he fix my problem but he also had great recommendations to save my battery and other great info. I also was given an Apple Watch as a gift and had returned it last year as it was just not for me per say. Dan continued on to show me how great the features were... Features on the Apple Watch I never knew existed! So guess what.... I will be back and I will talk my husband into getting me the watch again hahahahah. Dan is such an asset to your company he not only made my experience great but he made my day entirely! As you know phone issues can be very frustrating to some and very time consuming so I walked in to the store with different expectations and he turned it all around! I left extremely happy! Thanks again Dan Im glad I was able to talk to your manager as he needed to know you forever made me a loyal customer! Also happy bday Dan
