If I could rate this place as a negative number I would. I received a mini camcorder for Christmas. After checking the reviews online I decided to exchange it for another. They would not return or exchange it because of when it was purchased(11/6/11). They told me the return policy was only 15 days. Yes it was purchased more than 15 days ago, but it had only been 15 days since I received it on 12/25/11 and it had never even been opened. While I was waiting for a manager to come speak with me 1 person returned an opened video game and was given there money back and another person came in with 3 of the exact same computer game without a receipt and was given a store credit. Yet I am standing there with an unopened gift and the receipt but cant even get a credit towards a different model. Finally a manager arrived and told me the same thing that the associate had told me. I told her that all I wanted was a credit for the camera and that I was going to be buying another model that night that cost twice as much(I am trying to give you people more money). She relented and said she would exchange it for me as long as the new one was the same price or more and I paid the difference. That is all that I wanted from the onset when I walked into the store 55 minutes prior. That is the last time that I will ever step foot into a walmart. I dont care if something I need is $10 less and 10 miles closer at a walmart, I will gladly spend the extra gas, time, and money to not purchase there.

I would go to Walmart to try and save some money, now I will do more online shopping, not at Walmart, and shop at other stores....read on. First you (Walmart) lose my business for optical because the two women who work there are ignorant, rude, lazy and incompetent now you lose my business for pet supplies because, as one of your workers PROUDLY and ARROGANTLY loves his position of having the key to unlock the pet flea meds for a customer...picture Percy walking John Coffey into E Block on the Green Mile, from his words people are stealing flea meds, insult to injury the product is now almost DOUBLE what it used to cost. PLUS you, the customer, are not allowed to carry the product, a store worker has to literally escort you to a check out with it. So much for doing any more shopping. Some more inconvenience for the customer added to the worker loving his God role of you needing him and him wasting my time and annoying me with LOUDLY telling everyone how "HE has to unlock it for you and if you complain you dont get it". Every business says Time is money, guess what Walmart, my time is money too. Youre wasting it and I shop elsewhere....money well spent. This review will be buried like every other bad review by you having your employees leaving rave reviews of how great this Walmart is. If ANY business has to do that it shows how truly bad that business is.

Walmart. Love it or hate it, theyve become iconic. The one in Robinson Township can be worse for wear, but generally gets the job done. As with most Super Walmarts, this one has just about everything under the sun. There are occasionally some strange omissions....I guess that depends on the ordering manager. For instance, the wife really loves Bigelows American Breakfast tea. This is odd, considering theres a spot for almost every other version of Bigelow tea..more than a dozen. Just an example of odd oversights. Cleanliness also seems to be an issue at this walmart. Rarely has there been a time when the restroom hasnt needed cleaning. The one at the front of the store tends to be worse than the one at the rear. Merchandising can also take a serious beating at this store at times. Whether thats due to the staff or customers not returning things, or (more likely) a combination of both, I cant say. What I can say is that frequently youll find things out of place, mismatched with the display description, or just plain in the wrong area. The wrong area ones have to be customers just being lazy and not returning items. But still....a bit more attention to detail would go a long way. All in all, theres nothing overwhelmingly bad about this walmart, but on the other hand, nothing spectacular to recommend either.

They took me in at the last minute for tire balancing, I was told the balance I paid for was good for lifetime by not sure if that is true or not. Ok, so I just went on a trip to Virginia tires out of balance at like 64 to 75 mph. I had tires balanced just for this trip and they may have been worse than before the balance job that is if they even did it. I will go somewhere else for a new balance job and learned my lesson with Walmart tire shop. I guess if you are poor and on food stamps you have to be as frugal as possible but if a poor balance job damages your tires in the long run you you lose out. I am going to NTB or the dealdership. I will contact Walmart Corporate to see if they will offer anything.

The 8 self-checkout registers help get in and out quickly. For that reason alone, they get 4 stars. Most people dont rate properly. Nobody is looking for your rating of the shopping experience a store called Walmart, rather your review of this Walmart in relation to the other Walmarts. I walk in and know what to expect, anything that deviates from the "typical" experience, is worthy of a comment. If you review Wal-Mart complaining about long lines with only a few cashiers; a customerbase that looks like they came from a freak show; or employees that are unhelpful... Keep In mind, it is you that is not helpful.

Went on a Monday afternoon. There were 12 people in line at the service desk, one person working through counter. When I was finally able to shop, the grocery section was busy but ok. Checking out was a nightmare. They had 4 registers open. Super long lines. And over the PA they were asking for any associates able to use registers to come and help people check out. I did 20 minutes of shopping here and I was there for over an hour due to the service desk and lack of cash registers open. Ill never come back to this Walmart.

This super Walmart has gotten so much better in last few years. Veggies, fruits , salads , organic grows, bakery ..everything has gone so much better. The price are the cheapest compare to Market District. On all the branded and exact similar brands you can save lot of $$ money$$ in Walmart vs near by Market District. This is my No. 1 place for grocery. With self service checkout , this Walmart has eliminate the big lines all the time. There are still lines at every register but they are much smaller now.
