Worst visit EVER!! 10:00 p.m. on June 4th, all registers were shut down. All but three Self Service Registers were closed down. There were at LEAST 21 people in line, and more were coming. The man who was tending the self service registers, came over and shut down the last three of those registers. By this time the line was all the way down to the main entrance. What a fiasco! Someone FINALLY opened a line register and started ringing customers. Which meant that all of us that were next in line for self service, became LAST in line when another register (#6), finally opened. They should have guided the self service line to a register first. That would have kept everyone in order. They finally made a call for more help. Also while waiting in line, I actually called the store twice to ask for the manager. I let the phone ring 23 times each time after being prompted which button to push, and no one EVER answered. I took several pictures of the lines and will be sending them to Bentonville in the morning after I call there first and talk to someone. That was the most awful visit Ive ever had at that store. Poor management, poor customer service. Whenever an associate would pass by and someone would ask if another register could be opened, they would look at you like you were crazy and they couldnt understand a word you were saying. Again...poor management and extremely poor customer service.

This Walmart is the worst! Having had a positive experience in other communities, I was so excited to see that not only was Walmart updating but one would be so close to my home. Aftermath...? terrible! Employees? Uniformed, unengaged, and LAZY! I have asked questions of myriad employees and have spent 30 minutes running around the store, sometimes accompanied by the employee, looking for the item I requested, all to no avail. I have seen on any ONE visit, three employees hiding in aisles using their phones; I have watched stockers drop trash and instead of picking it up, kicked it under the shelves. Finally, I bought a dozen eggs this past week. I checked all eggs prior to purchase, only to get home and try to use them... ALL but 4 broken, cracked but dried, and when I tried to take them out of the carton, they were stuck, and had been previously broken. I shop at this Walmart when I HAVE to.... VERY disappointed!!!!! The worst!!

One of the cashiers tried to rob me! I was paying with two gift cards, we used the first one and depleted it. After putting the remainder of the cost of my purchases on the second gift card, it still had a considerable amount left on it. The cashier took both cards and put them in a bag. I told her one of the cards still had money on it. She quickly became agitated, saying theres nothing on it and shows me a receipt with a zero balance for the first card, she was covering up the other card balance with her thumb! Thank god I caught it, demanded both cards back and have recently spent that remaining balance on line :) who hires these people. This is not the first problem we have had with this store!

Order online and pickup is horrible and time consuming. You still have to wait in a lengthy line because the customer disservice area is way understaffed. The employees are clearly not interested in doing their job, much less communicating with the shopper. After waiting in line the employee told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes because the only person who could help me didnt have her walker-talkie and wasnt answering pages. I was supposed to wait there just in case she happened to come around. The online price was competitive, but the delivery date was off by two days, and I spent so much in gas going back and forth, I wouldve been much better off at any other retail store.

The worst walMart ever....if this would have been my first time going to one of these stores,I would never again walk into another one again...the Haitians in there screaming from one side to the other, with no respect of who is in between them.and if someone ask them for something ,they dont even help you.they look at you like your crazy or something, I asked one of them where was the white bread and he pointed me out towards the flowers....are you kidding me walmart ???....very disrespectful employees!! Im a truck driver and Ive been to more than 500 Wal-Marts AND THIS ONE IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AS A WALMART CUSTOMER...........

This is litetaly one of the worse Wal-Marts I have ever been to in my life. The customer service line is always at its best at least 8-10 feet long going strong, with only 1-2 very rude cashiers who barely speaks or understands english. I waisted almost 30minutes of time in the customer service center trying to pick up a payment that I have been picking up there well over 7 times at this location. So all of a sudden I get a cashier with a attitude, plus a manager name Marie who is the freaking most rudest none speaking ********* I could ever inagine. Long story short save yourself the headache and go to Target!

My boyfriend and I stopped in here to look for a hat. Mind you Walmart is huge so I no idea where to look. I saw a older Haitian lady in the aisle of the clothes section. So I figured she would know. I politely said excuse me. She acted as if she didnt hear me so repeated myself I said excuse maam and she looked up at me with this expressing as if I said something rude or disrespectful. l looked at her for a second and hesitantly asked if they carried hats. She was still staring at me like I was crazy. We just turned and left. I will not be returning to that Wal-Mart anytime soon.

This is one of the best Walmarts that Ive visited in a while. Organized, clean, shelves well-stocked, friendly associates on the floor and at the cash registers. Walked by the pharmacy and there was no line, and the pharmacist was talking to someone in one of the windows. The customer service area today was very busy and the line was long. Not the fault of the store, since there were 3 folks working behind the counter. The money wiring takes time, and several folks ordered online and were picking up at the store. Pleasant shopping experience.

As Walmarts go, this one has below standard produce (some is damaged and already turning) below standard help (some employees converse in their native language in front of customers and dont seem to be able to answer basic questions) and I kept going on Sunday only to find they were out of things because stock is delivered on Monday. Now I go on various days of the week and they are still always out of the things I normally buy. Ive been to Walmarts that are run much better than this one.

The store is under renovation with construction hours being normal day time working hours youll compete for space with crews working inside of store. inventory reduced for construction , Prices higher than at Lake Park, Parking a nightmare. about 1/4 reduced for renovation, building supplies, construction trailers/offices. Drive a little further south to Lake Park, youll even save on gasoline purchases over buying gasoline in Jupiter, like 10 to 20 cent a gallon.
