iTown Store is nothing but a SCAM. Beware and dont take your phone in to get it repaired because it will probably ended up being rendered unusable. If you read other reviews I am not the first one to have experienced this unfortunately. Went in for a repair and had to go back not once but 6 TIMES, because after the "repaired" phone was left in worse condition then when it was brought in. They finally said there is nothing we can do I went to another repair shop and turns out the phone was damaged due to the itown store technicians poor handling and being INEXPERIENCED. The technician removed chip set shielding and soldering flux residue was left in chipset area, in other words, the phone was left in an unusable condition due to the technicians poor handling. Trying to reach a manager is impossible and nobody wants to provide information of when she would be in or direct to her phone number. They dont show face or take responsibility for their actions. Unprofessional people and SCAMMERS.

2 stars because of the 3rd-world customer service. I took my phone into I-Town to be repaired because the screen was cracked. The person told me that their hours were from 10 to 7. I came back at 6:15 pm only to discover that not only was the store closed, but also would be closed again the next day on Sunday- so I would be without a phone for 2 days. I called their larger store in Little Havana (Phone Flash) that was still open. But I could not speak with the manager because she did not speak English. They finally got a hold of the manager of the Brickell store who told me that my only option to receive the phone on Sunday was to go to their Little Havana store (called Phone Flash Net) despite the fact that I lived down the street from their Brickell store and could either meet them there or have the phone delivered to me. So, the next day I spent $15 in taxis/Uber (once I got my phone).

This place is a waste of time. I came here to fix the cracked screen of my iPhone 7 for $116.63. The next day the screen was malfunctioning and so I had to go all the way back to their store and they asked me to leave the phone with them for "examination". One hour later I picked it up with just a "its all good". An hour after I left, the screen was once again, unresponsive. And so the next day I went back and they had the screen changed and I made it clear that I could not keep going back everyday for them to "fix" my phone and I had to travel and could not afford to have problems abroad; they just said: "it wont bother, its fixed now, it shouldnt cause problems". I found myself in my trip with an unresponsive phone. I sent them an email with proof demanding a refund; to this day I have yet to receive a reply. I will dispute their service with my bank and get my money back. Not recommended.
