Not from here?! Then dont come here! Our experience here was terrible. The staff was as rude as can be for no reason. We came here from out of state and were looking for freshwater fishing licencees, we understood most locals didnt like tourist. So we were as polite as can be yet the staff was just blatantly rude. Both cashiers were open and serving other customers yet when we came up the cashier turned around and started talking to another employee for over 45 seconds before turning around and saying her cash registered just closed and the other cashier would help us. The next cashier then informed us they couldnt accept cash at the moment. Yet there is a sign that says "fishing licences cash only". After waiting over 5 minutes for whatever the reason cash could not be accepted they then informed us their computers were down for the day. Again terrible experience.

What an horrible experience, store filled with rude employees. After 45min of shopping no one asked if I needed help. Finally when I go to the electronics counter and ask for help on buying a VHF handheld radio, the 2 employees on post and tell me,"cant you see were busy, be polite enough and wait for us to do what ever it is were doing". I left on their counter my cart with over US$350 of supplies I wanted to buy and walked away. Hatted this experience!!!

By far the RUDEST cashiers and most HORRIBLE costumer service in the area. I know we should not expect much from a cashier after all she is a cashier but not even the store manager does anything about it. Did I mention the WORST BAIT EVER!? Your best 3 minute ride takes you to a couple of bait shops right on 27 Av. Here are two of them. 27 Av North Rampway - 1096 Sw 27 Av and Carnada store - 348 Nw 27 Av youll be glad you did.

Great store with good people to help you with any boating and fishing needs. After 5 different tackle shops. Crook & Crook had the right tackle i needed to fish while working in Miami. Finding a travel rod that fit in my carryon while flying was a success. Purchased an ugly stik 4 piece and quantum reel, they rigged my reel with braid and i had a complete rig and tackle for cheeep. Great people, cant repeat that enough

This is the best place in Miami!!!! I have been coming to this store since I was a child with my dad, and always had a great experience.Truly felt like family; with A+ customer service and fantastic gear!!! The staff is so great, that even fishing tips I get!!! What can I say; will be stopping by over the weekend most likely as usual, if the weather allows it.

Rude staff. They sold me the wrong product even though I told the guy what I was specifically looking for. I went there after calling them and having them tell me they sell it and after I called them when I noticed was they sold me was wrong the guy was nonchalant and said we dont even sell this product. Avoid.

THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED ! They always overcharge you for something else. Ticket price would say $3.69 for Mustad Circle Demon hooks but on the receipt you will find $8.49 ! - Big account holders running tabs with them will never find out - Draw your own conclusions !

This place is ok. A little pricier than most. They dont seem terribly helpful unless you spend a lot. The bait guys are great though. I come here because the location is convenient.
