One of the employees smelt so badly it made me want to vomit. His front teeth were covered in plague. His hair was sticking up everywhere in the back with massive flakes all through it. It is the managers job to ensure their employees are hygienic and presentable. This store clearly does not adhere to that. Disgusting. He is a larger African American guy, with a gap in his front teeth, about 5ft 10. BEWARE OF THE SMELL. If he breathes in your direction you will want to take five steps back. The sad thing is you will still smell his halitosis!!! Do yourself a favor; if you see him on the sales floor, FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I even went in again two weeks later just to see if anyone else had complained (my complaint was obviously not taken seriously) and Im shocked nobody had. His hair was still all messed up in the same spots (trust me it was no style) with even MORE crusty flakes all through it. Get your employees to wash themselves please! Will never go back to this location!

I just had the worst Best Buy experience of my life here. None of the associates seemed to know what they were talking about and those who did (out of the 6 who came up to us asking if they could help, very annoying) did not act like they really wanted to help. One tried to sell us something without the feature we really wanted saying that we didn't need it. It doesn't matter if we need it, we asked for that feature specifically. Other associates would cut in front of us while ours was trying to show us something. The customer service we received is comparable to that an 18 year old would give us at their first day on their new job. We went in dead set on buying a new laptop and left empty handed.

i walked in knowing i wanted the macbook pro 15.5" (due to i already did all my research) and iPad mini, and cases for both. i.e. Im about to spend nearly $2700 and no one was around to help. i asked to be assisted after i stool around waiting for 10minutes and they told me i was 3rd in line bc only a computer sales associate could assist me. all i needed was for them to unlock the cases! i waited over 20 minutes to be assisted which was them solely unlocking the cases and walking to the register. then since i spending so much we then had to wait for a managers approval which was another additional 12 minutes.

The worst service I have ever had in knew what I wanted cash in hand and could not get one person to help the guy at the front door was on his cell phone and would not even look up to say anything. The guy I asked for help on the floor said he could not help and would get someone after waiting and waiting I went to walk back to him he seen me coming and bolted to the back of the store. This place has lost my business and will never shop here again. Highly recommended not going here!

Waited in line for over an hour for an Iphone 6 - which was understandable based on the fact it was the day after Christmas - while the reps in mobile were working as quickly as possible there was still a rather long delay which was eased by "Munch" who promptly acknowledge me and got the process started by confirming they had the phone I wanted. From there the process was fairly seemless. I love my new phone and associates like "Munch" are a huge assest to the team at Best Buy.

Largest selection of electronics of all kinds. Geek Squad location also. Only downside of all Best Buys is there extremely high prices. They do have the best tv selection with top of the line tvs, this is only place i buy my tvs from but i wait til they run a sale or buy open box items at a discount. Employees are always helpful and nice, but do your own research because most of the time i talk with someone about tech it always seems like i know more then they do.

We usually dont like to buy to many things at Best Buy , due to the short return policy, we went to Best Buy to only buy a 1080 graphic card , and met the most knowledgeable worker name Jonathan T , he was AMAZING ! We ended up buying almost the whole computer, he spent almost 2 hours with us explaining all the things we need to build a pc , amazing experience, and from now on I will be making the extra drive to get things from there Absolutely amazing !!

Worst customer service ever! Nobody knows anything about the products they are selling and everybody has attitude. It took us THREE hours to get tv! We chose FOUR tvs on the display and they didnt have a single one of them in stock!!!!!! Three hours of terrible shopping experience and we got the tv that was close to what we wanted... Every time we go to this best buy location, its a huge disappointment. Will try to avoid this place in future.

i have owned 8 houses and put appliances in all of them. this was absolutely the worst experience ever. i tried to have 7k of appliances installed and after 7 mistakes and problems i cancelled the entire order and then they wanted to give me 10 percent off. told them no and even if they gave me 2 8 foot tv;s it would be no. Do not shop there unless you want a stroke.

i bought a cell phone with a 50$ screen protector. i was told to just bring it in when ZAGG sent me another one and they would just replace it for me so it didnt break. Now they wanna charge 8$ to do that. What a RIP OFF BEST BUY IS.. then the idiot continued to play on his cell. what a JOKE. BEST BUY IS A RIP OFF!!!!!

Pretty average Best Buy. It seems that all of them are really the same with the same departments. Rather the seemingly only variation that exists is the helpfulness of the staff and whether Geek Squad tech support is available or not. Oh and they also have a Samsung Experience store like many other Best Buy stores.

Not the best service. I went in looking for a USB type c cable and the employee showed me a HDMI cable. I told him that wasnt it and he ran off to ask someone what it was. After20 mins of waiting and providing the sku if what I was looking for and 3 employees later I finally left with the cable I came in for.

I remembered why I never liked Best Buy when I went in here today. Can never find what you want and when you do you pay a lot more for it vs Amazon or even other retailers. I will admit. Once in a while they have a good deal worth dealing with their staff, but it doesnt happen often.

Weird creepy associates follow around asking "Hey, you guys are in here all the time...". And then the next one is like "You guys are here a lot" and the next and the next. And then you hear from across the store "Hey!!! You guys are in here all the time!!!" So I stopped going.
