Have had nothing but issues with these guys for over a 2 almost 3 year period where we had to return little less than half of what we ordered because of issues with the orders; wrong part, not as described, not what was pictured, etc. But we decided to give them another chance after not ordering for a year and ordered an expedited part. They canceled the order without any notification and then when we called to inquire as to what was going on, they said we had been "banned" since last year. Apparently after posting a review of a bad experience last year (which we actually took down), they decided to block my company from placing any future orders because of said review. They didnt try to rectify anything, make things right, nadda. In fact they threw in my face that folks buy 500 parcel orders without issue but is most likely parts like RAM and not very small/specific laptop parts poorly described on their site and have to return because they ARE NOT what I was expecting; or just dont work. Dont get me wrong, I have ordered parts successfully from them in the past and even with my issues decided to come back. But if it doesnt work out or there is any issue? They dont care about you as a customer or even as a small businesses. They even threw in my face that I didnt order much and had to return half the items!!! Which was all due to issues with THEM sending the wrong part, sending what was not described/ not pictured, etc. BUYER BEWARE!

bought a DELL old laptop computer battery REFURBISHED...... sounds suspicious since in my 50 + years of electronic business I never heard to refurbish a sealed Li-Ion battery. (regenerate in some cases) Anyway I received the part, installed in my laptop, waited 24 hours....the battery didnt charge. Informed IMPACT which sent me a replacement and told me I do NOT need to send back the defective battery. By curiosity I went to the lab and open (remove the plastic cover) and found right away a cell completely corroded an still leaking. !! (so much for the refurbish) I discarded the battery since there are strict laws about shipping/disposing batteries even more Li-Ion. I informed Impact of my finding. Installed the second battery...guess what.... do not work either. No way to charge. Open the plastic cover and did a individual cell charging and load. Half of the cells are dead and the other half not far behind. Informed Impact of my finding. Impact informed me that they will refund the battery cost $19.95 ( not the S&H !) if I send back BOTH defective parts. Of course since I do not have anymore the first I cannot send it back .....so they gave me a RMA which says the first battery was to be returned too.........to cut short and limit my damages I told to them to keep the $ 19.95 and I will keep the second battery as door stop.

I wish I had reviewed this company before purchasing!!! Sure, theyve made a few people happy, but just be fore warned. Ordered a power supply.. Was assured it was new. It was obviously re-furbished. Power supply arrived quick enough, but it was defective, horrible rattle. Called company, explained I needed the computer back up and running. They said I could return the part (at my cost) and when they got it and tested it they would send me another one. If I wanted one sooner, Id have to ORDER another and pay additional shipping again. I opted to send it back. I sent it FedEx so Id have a tracking number. They received it and then told me it would be several more days till they could TEST to see if I was telling the truth. After sending ANOTHER email stating the urgency of getting this computer running, they told me they didnt have a replacement. They did refund my money, but not all of it. Minus the postage that I paid in the FIRST PLACE and they wouldnt pay to take back their piece of crap part. Bad Bad Bad customer service!!!! BAD!

This is the WORST company to do business with. Ive ordered something from them two times and they screwed up my order both times - 2012 and 2015. I just ordered a part on 3-9-15 in the early afternoon. Later that day the status stated -processed, will ship today. Two days later the status hadnt changed. I called on 3-11 to find out and was told it would ship that day and upgraded my shipping. The next day, 3-12, I get an email saying, Sorry, that item is on back order and dont when it will come in, and gave me a refund. Meanwhile, I lost a customer and Yuri didnt care and didnt want to help me. He just laughed and said, Sorry nothing we can do. This is typical of their customer service. This is a Mickey Mouse operation. They never know what they have in stock. Theyre just guessing. DO NOT ORDER from them. They will just mess it up

I thought it was over!!!! I was probably this close *insert photo of my hand with my index finger and my thumb skin to skin* to throwing away my computer. You have no idea how long I was on the phone with Toshiba support about my laptop giving me problems. After I spoke to some gentleman in Jamaica (extremely heavy accent) I was finally referred my him to Impact Computers and Electronics. My order was placed, and I received the part in a couple of days. Im not one to comment or post reviews for companies because I think its time consuming, but I had to share the excitement. Thanks to Impact Computers, and some friendly employee named Ralph from there, I was able to replace the system-board that needed replacing, and my laptop is working like a racehorse. I have a gambling problem, so I wont bet that it will beat your computer though!

This company is the absolute worst online company, or any company for that matter, I have ever had the displeasure to have done business with. Sucks is a better word. Sent me something that did not work and when I sent it back at my own cost, they told me there was nothing wrong with the product. Then they charged me 25% restocking fee on top of this already unpleasant experience. Oh and I had to call back 2 months later because they tried to rip me off completely by not sending a refund of any kind, never mind minus the egregious 25% restocking fee for their crappy product. Impact is the action I would like to carry out with their product through their front window. Ill also go on facebook and spread the word of this crappy company. Good Luck to you if you decide to transact with impact.

Bait and switch. They write good reviews all over sites to make themselves look good. Bought a Li-Iom battery from them. They sent me a broken one. Told me I could keep it since it was broken and they didnt want it back. I took it apart to see what was wrong. Many cells were completely dead (worn out) and two had actually come loose from their connectors. The second one they sent was a Ni-MH battery. Completely incompatible with my laptop. They did not give me my money back until I posted the email I sent them through a message on eBay. They called me a scam to my face and in public. I will never be purchasing from them again. tl;dr Very shady company. Stay away if you have a choice. Look at the people who post good reviews. "Posted 1 review." Not suspicious at all right?
