I wish that I could give this store less than one star! To say that this location is managed inefficiently would be the tip of the iceberg. My wife(Ashley) asked an associate for help, but the associate never came back in the 5 minute grace period that he provided. Ashley was patiently waiting for said associate for over 20 minutes. I decided to go find an employee myself to only be left waiting for another 15 minutes. There was no manager in sight to help resolve the situation during the entire 35 minutes either. This store along with all of its employees are lazy trash that should all be fired. This store needs to replace its entire staff with employees from Chic-filA in order to learn what proper customer service looks like. I thoroughly implore everyone who reads this to shop elsewhere.

Exactly what I needed! My representative was Supervisor Jason Sutton. He provided me with immediate service which is so important to me and my non-stop schedule. His service was exceptional and accurate. He even went a step further to go over my specific needs and I was able to conclude with a choice that left me feeling great! All in the same time, customers around us received his attention respectfully letting them know someone would be right with them. Such a professional and satisfying experience for me. I was building my PC, and was looking for some help with a simple task, but I kept on getting redirected - no one was taking the initiative to help, even it wasnt in their department - until Quintin came along and walked with me and assisted me personally. He showed me how to scan an item with my smartphone to get its details, something which is very very helpful to know when shopping at best buy. It is the small things in life that matter, and I commend him highly for his quality customer service. If it werent for him, this wouldve easily been a one star review.

I came in and theres is not type of customer service. I see people have a problem with different race when they step in the line. There was a Hispanic man on the phone and told me he will be right with me. He then said something, got a black girl and the manager with the red hair that stood there with her arms crossed like she had a problem. Not once said any thing but a stank look on her face. If you dont want to work go home. Im a paying customer just like everyone else. No wonder your rating isnt high. So sad! I wont spend my money at that location again!

This was the second week in a row that these freakin idiots have sent me on a wild goose chase!!! I have called from work, spent almost 10 minutes on the phone waiting for a drone to answer and have been told they have had what I want. Last week the Chickenfoot DVD, this week, Judas Priest 30th Anniversary British Steel CD/DVD. BOTH TIMES I was, as I said, told they have it just to get there and they DONT. I have wasted my time, gas and my lunch hour driving there for NOTHING! I will never shop at this store full of morons again.

Best buy in west palm beach has the worse customer service ever!!!! Management in this store is the worse Ive ever seen in retail. After waiting for a while some girl name Dina came to help. At first she seemed friendly and professional but after i explained what i needed she told me to hold on and walked away and forgot about me. I spent 40 minutes in the store and never got any help. The store is also very filthy and employees clearly lack training from management.

A computer not even 6 weeks old becomes defective and the mouse pad stops working, and outside of 15 days they will not exchange or stand behind their products, want you to deal with manufacturer at your own expense and hassle. Once they get your money they could care less about you. They try to hustle you to buy Geek Squad protection for an astronomical price. Go somewhere else with a decent return policy, you never know when electronic devices may stop working.

One of the best Best Buys Ive been to. i bought a camera - decided it wasnt working for me...so went to return it. I noticed that i was 1 day past the 15 day return window - called Best Buys 1-800 number to ask for some help & they said that nothing could be done, I had missed the 15 day return window & to have a good day. I took it to this Best Buy & they didnt hesitate to give me a full cash refund for the camera no questions asked.

Amazing people! I came in to buy a Nintendo Switch and they were out of stock and an employee let me know they would have them in stock the next day. I returned the next morning when they opened and the same employee noticed me and helped me get the one neon colored switch they hat (they had 4 units total, 1 neon) and while I was buying it two more sold. Absolutely impressed by the helpfulness at this busy location

Not everything in store work or in stock but the employees are always willing to help you. If one employee doesnt know the answer they bring you to someone who does. Im crazy about electronics and some of the employees could learn a little more about the products. Over all a great experience. You can always find better deals on Amazon but you get it right then and there without having to pay for shipping.

I live about a mile East, so its very convenient. Plenty of parking, 1/2 mile from Palm Beach Lakes exit on 95. (East on PBL). Coming from the South As soon as you get off, 1/4 mile on your right. (sits back, You can see the Marathon gas station, turn just before it). Store is neat, spread out, plenty of room to browse. People at the order on line, pick up, have always been pleasant.

Called and was told twice that all of the service associates were busy helping customers. Second time I was actually IN THE STORE waiting for help buying a laptop. Both associates were standing at the register talking to a girl about the upcoming Superman Vs Batman movie. Neither made a move to assist me. I walked out of the store without even a second glance from either of them.

We bought a TV. Our original sales associate, Raymond, was fantastic. Super knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there was a BIG issue with our delivery. We went back to the store and Joseph worked very hard to make us happy again. The managers, Robert and Gale (I believe it was Gale. She was a blonde lady), were also very helpful. This isnt such a bad place, its clean, and they have good deals. If you know what you want walking in its great. If your going there with a general idea of what you want/need and are expecting employees to be able to answer your questions and offer sound advice DONT. They are nice people, but they do not know much about computers, and they will lead you astray.

I was interested in purchasing apple watch accessories but the two greeters at the door were too interested in texting to even greet a customer as they walked through the door. Other associates were talking on the sales floor but couldnt help anyone. Gave a small chance to you guys but was reminded why you should just give Apple the business.
