My computer stopped working. Of course, my whole world is in my computer, and I was very concerned about losing everything. Dan Christian and Jeremy Hodges at Staples in Christiansburg, VA came to my rescue. They were very busy, but managed to work me into their schedule. They ran diagnostics, did some trouble shooting, replaced the part, scanned for viruses and gave it a good tune up. $40 was a very reasonable charge for the amount of work they did. My computer works great now. Thank you so much Dan and Jeremy!! You saved me from total disaster with respect to my computer. I highly recommend Staples for Computer repair - they are fast, inexpensive, and do great work!

The copy/print people here are AWESOME. We had a career fair this week and slammed the store with print orders. Everyone in our major is super picky about the way things print and are presented, and the employees patiently and politely worked with us. They didnt hate me for keeping them after closing with a huge print order, and they try to run multiple orders at once. Everything I paid for turned out perfect!

I brought a story to be made into a real book and with there low quality, slacking of time, and ignorance in directions they messed up my book 3 times. Now that I have only one copy of the book the pictures are faded and the sentences have different word fonts. Within this process of poor work ethics of getting my book made this has ruined my all my hopes and dreams of the upcoming national competition.
