Recently I had to ship a RED EARLY AM package for a customer that was critical. It was getting close the UPS STOREs closing time so I had my coworker call to let them know I was on my way. They did have the doors locked, but allowed me to ship my package! Rob and Kathy both helped me and they were really accommodating even though it was past their work schedule. I cant express how grateful I was that this UPS team took the time to take care of this package for me!! I work in Customer Service and these are the types of situations that we encounter every day. It is nice to see that other companies go above and beyond in the time of need. THANK YOU BOB AND KATHY!!! You really made a positive difference!!

Huge Hassle / Missing item and slow claim resolution. I shipped two motorcycle wheels before Christmas 2014. They were Christmas gifts. One box delivered on schedule and one never scanned out of the store and was never found during a search. It took until March of 2015 to get my insurance money. I always had to call owner Rob and pester him about the status of my missing package and insurance money. He always had excuses about why it was taking so long and why he didnt call me. Very slow resolution and sense of urgency... My advice is to ship with another store, however, if you use this store make sure you insure properly and have PLENTY of back up paperwork to prove the value of your item.

I have been using this store for mailbox, printing, scanning and shipping services for over 8 years - they are the best! I dont hesitate to recommend this location over others that I have had occasion to use. Rob and his team, especially Kathy and Donna, are great to work with, extremely accommodating and are into delivering incomparable quality customer service.

Always super friendly and quick from my experiences. I also think they have some of the best cards. It was convenient to have the rack of cards there, so I stopped to look for a funny birthday card. I was laughing so hard because the cards were great and not cards you typically see. I bought at least four cards.

Having a Fax AND a Notary.....dont know what I would do without this place !! Also being able to get different sized printing is great, too !! The staff is very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable !! This is the kind of place everyone needs at one time or another, & this has to be their best store !!! 8^)

This UPS is the worst I have ever dealt with, hands down. They dont care if your packages are lost/stolen/delivered to the wrong house, nor do they try to do anything to help. Way to go UPS, just lost another guy to FedEx, I cant wait til email runs the postal service out of business...

Ive only had to deal with the shipping services here, but the staff has been very friendly and attentive. The staff are fast to react to customers. The hours work for those who work regular business hours. Couldnt really ask for more.

Got a document notarized - it was efficient and they were very friendly and helpful. I have two little ones in tow and the free lollipops were also a hit. Worth coming to this store over other ones that have less friendly service.

Print the shipping label at home or somewhere else , otherwise theyl charge you $2 just for printing the shipping label!!!
