My fiance and I traded in our car and purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox at the end of Jan. Our sales rep we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. Since we have had it we have had it in the service department twice for a transmission leak which was supposed to be repaired the first time and we noticed it was still leaking only worse the second time around and a "SERVICE AWD SYSTEM" light that continuously comes back on every time we have picked the vehicle up. When we brought it into service the 2nd time Marty, very rudely wanted to argue with my fiance in the lane about the transmission leak my fiance had to point out to him. He got on the floor and even pointed it out to Marty that it was still leaking when it was just in to be repaired. That is still a working progress to be fixed. The "SERVICE AWD SYSTEM" light has still been giving us a fit and of course Marty called my fiance and tried telling us that its not on when I took a picture of it yesterday after picking it up again of the warning light on the dash, which I still have the picture with the date and time. I have personally tried talking with a manager but the day I came in when Marty got very rude with my fiance and only the sales manager was there and he didnt seem to give a rats ass about our problems there cause as he stated "the vehicle is under warranty, itll be taken care of" when thats not what the fuss is. We pay for this vehicle we NEED. We have a child with one on the way. We shouldnt have to continuously drop my vehicle off which makes it very inconvenient with us expecting a child any day now but also bringing it in for stuff that shouldve been fixed or even just looked over correctly the first time. When we dropped it off yesterday after driving it home and picking up my daughter from the bus stop, the light came back on the dash. I made it very clear to the service advisor that I do not want a call until this problem is completely fixed. Im paying for an AWD vehicle therefore when I am having an issue with the AWD system it should be fixed. We are just as tired of coming in there as they are of seeing us pull in with the same vehicle. Its been twice within 2 weeks just this month. Not to mention I have received a MPI which had incorrect information checked on it which makes me feel like the techs there dont really do their jobs.! Very uncomfortable feeling.!

This was the MOST POSITIVE new car buying experience I have ever had and for the record I have been involved in 5 new vehicle purchases in my lifetime so far. I started by inquiring about the vehicle online through the Hoffman Automotive Website. Mrs. Jack responded to all of my questions. I responded to Mrs Jack with photos of my trade and stated which stock number they had that I was interested in. I was then later contacted by Terry Phillips after I made Mrs Jack aware of my intentions to purchase a specific stock number. I had previously test drove at a different location but was not given a bottom line price because the dealer knew that I was going to shop at Hoffmans to also get a bottom line price. This other dealer stated "Thats not gonna happen." I see now that they (the other dealer) must have feared how well I was going to be taken care of at Hoffman Automotive. Terry was able to handle most everything over the phone and credit application via Chrysler online. The entire process when I arrived that very same evening took less than an hour (57 minutes to be exact), which was one of my prerequisites if I came the next morning to purchase (my wife and I had planned on shopping the next morning and time was of the essence). Terry was committed to getting me in and out in less then 1 hour even though the plan had changed from pick up Saturday morning to Friday night. I later discovered that Terry was scheduled to be off at 5:00pm. I only point this fact out because it was approximately 7:00pm when I exited the lot and took delivery of the vehicle. You could never even tell that he was suppose to be on his time versus taking care of a customer. I can not speak highly enough of his professionalism. He did not miss a beat. Took his time to thoroughly go over the vehicle, sync my phone, inspect the vehicle inside and out, the list goes on and on...... True Customer Service is Priority #1 at Hoffman Automotive. I have already recommended them to several friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so!! Keep up the GREAT JOB!

My husband and I were in the market for a new P-up truck. I am a Ford girl and he didnt have any preference. We went to Hoffman because it was close by and were curious to see how much a Ram could pull. I told Robby that it was going to be hard to change me over to a Ram and he said to let the truck speak for itself and after a few minutes deciding what we wanted, he let us drive one. WOW, Dodge has really come a long way with their trucks. I was very impressed and Robby was right. The truck spoke for itself. Then we were dreading the usual run around with dealers. That is the worst part of buying a new vehicle. However, Robby and Darryl were amazing. Gave us a great deal on our trade in and we knew what our numbers were going to be but they came up higher then anticipated. No one there was pushy. They were all very professional and enjoyable. The finance guy, John, was amazing too. All in all it was the best experience my husband and I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Hoffman to everyone.

I was very disappointed with the service on my vehicle. They never let me know when they started working on my vehicle. They have a $98.00 dollar an hour fee until they find out what is wrong with the car. If they plan on charging that fee. They need to call the customer before beginning the work to make sure they are fine with that. When my vehicle was done with its repairs I had to call them and find out it was done. Then after paying them my car wasnt even finished. I had panels in my passenger side of the car and bits of wire in my floor mats. The Manager was kind enough to help me but we seriously could have avoiding everything to being with. I had to get GM involved during the entire repair. My repair was a small baby repair compared to what other people have to get done on their cars. I couldnt imagine how they could handle anything. If you want your car well taken care of when you know you paying a lot to get it done and expected it to be done right this is not the place. I thought it was going to be great. I was wrong.
