About a week ago my fiancée made a appointment for a tire rotation and due to a work meeting was not able to take our sedan to the shop. Instead of cancelling the appointment I went in. I was worried and a bit skeptical. I dont normally do the vehicle maintenance and in my years experience the pushy salesman are consistently trying to sell me products and items i dont want. When I got to Discount Tire I met with James, i believe the manager. He met me with a smile and a great attitude. He was dressed professional and treated me like a friend. This is not something that you see very often. James did not try to sell me anything he pulled up the appointment and then serviced my car. I waited for about 30 minutes which was fine because they have activities for the kids. I walked out of this location amazed. I from now on want to take the vehicle into the shop. James, you and Discount tire have gained a client for life. Thanks!!!!!!!!

I came into discount tire in west valley off 5600 w at 3 pm today. They told me I needed two tires replaced and that they could do it right away. I understand that it was busy, but I watched as three people came in after me and somehow seemed to leave before me as well. My car was pulled into the garage and then ignored as more cars were brought in, fixed, and sent out. Two and a half hours later I finally see them work on my car, which only took twenty minutes. It was cold and uncomfortable in the lobby as I waited for three times the amount of time I should have. I felt neglected and ignored as they pulled cars out of the garage for each of their customers with the exception of myself. I was asked to pull my own car out. After I had left, they called to inform me they had forgotten the lock key for my wheels. So I had to drive back and wait longer as they fixed their mistake. I will not be coming back.

These guys have always been great. When my truck needed tires they gave me the option of some trade ins which had almost no wear. They gave them to me for less than half it would have cost to get a new set. Have brought these tires in to have nail damage fixed 3 times now and theyve always honored the warranty without question. This weekend I had a tire fixed in the Washington Utah location while on vacation. The shop down there cross threaded the lugs. I called to asked what they would do about it and they said they would honor the cost to replace the studs and to ask my local discount about it. I returned here with reciept in hand and there were no questions asked. They offered cash reimbursement but I went ahead and took store credit toward my next purchase. I will be back.

I cant say enough about this location. These guys are fantastic! I stopped by after closing yesterday shortly after I managed to test out the 4x4 on my low profile car while going over a median on a windy road (didnt go so well)... I was a veritable mess but BJ helped me out by taking a look and confirming that at least one wheel needed to be replaced. Brian and Josh both helped a ton as well by taking my keys and pulling my car into the bay so it didnt sit out overnight. Today when they werent able to get the model of wheels my car needed, Josh helped me find a very reasonable solution to replace all of my wheels. I was completely blown away by their kindness. They really went above and beyond. These guys are truly amazing!

Believe or not had a flat tire and went here. Not first time. Gary calls me and proudly says-Tire can not be fixed we sell tires. 3 times I repeated to Gary I am coming to pick it up as is. He told me, he will not give me car it is not safe to drive. Well, picked up car, and what do you know, I got used good tire on it. Requested my tire, took to fix it, it had second hole made from inside of tire but not showing hole on outside, fixed that too and returned tire that was given free to me. Either I am paranoid or something fishy was done. Of course day after no one was there from previous day. I will avoid this place that is for sure. What will people do to make sale, like wells fargo.

Was a loyal customer until today, The Actual manager showed the worst customer service you wouldnt expect from a managers position. I stood in line patiently for my turn and when it was my turn I was overlooked and the next person in line was asked if she was picking up a vehicle, I answered no I am dropping off. He proceeded to help her then the phone rang and instead of asking the person to hold he proceeded with the call. Ive been in customer service all my employment life and wouldnt do this to Any customer long or short. You have disappointed me BIG Time! Deserves a no star but wont allow it.

Ive been a loyal customer for years purchasing all of my tires here. I have never questioned this business until yesterday, I went in for a simple leak repair like I have done many times and when the salesman (Abraham) came out to look at my tire, He said you need all new tires. Im a car guy and know my tires, This is the first time I have had a salesman try to pull this on me but it makes me question the rest of their services now. I went down the road to a different tire company who check all my tires and made the repair with NO attempt to say my tires are needing to be replaced.

Great jobs over the last 2 years on all my cars. I just go during odd hours and usually am in and out for tire rotations and the free services. Warranty on tires is great, new tire shopping is calm, its just a nice place to shop and know youll get good service. Realize if you want fast service during peak hours (after work or sat and sometimes mornings) just make an appointment and they will see your car first over walk ins. Also these stores arent used tire sales places so if you want used tires look elsewhere at a yard or something.

Ive been using these guys for a coiuple years now and I havent found a reason to go elsewhere. I bought my snow tires from them since they matched a competitor and have the changover done twice a year. Lsst changeover, they found a flat and fixed it free. I just bought some wheel locks and they put it on for me in 5 mins. I guess buying tires from them helps but its been more than worth it in my case. Thanks to Chris, Chad and Zach, you guys are great.

Third time getting tires here and every time the service is fantastic and tailored to my needs and situation. When I wanted the best winter/rain tires possible, thats what they gave me - this time, when I was tight on money they hooked me up with solid tires that are safe, but also fit my budget. The highest level of customer service is when theyre concerned with meeting your needs rather than pushing their product, and these guys have it down!
