Very friendly staff and a broad selection of vehicles, but thats where the positivity ends. I drove 3 hours to look at what I was told was a "pristine" truck, only to find no staff on site. I stood around for 30 minutes waiting for the salesperson to return from picking up her daughter at school. Upon inspection of this "pristine" truck, it was pretty obvious that the whole thing had been repainted as the entire body was full of dirt spots and sanding scratches, and the whole undercarriage was full of mud. Check engine light was on, 1 flat tire, the "bodyman" even took the time to SAND over the backup camera lens to render it useless. The next 2 trucks down the line had the same crappy paint job, and a 4th I looked at inside had it as well. When confronted about it, they admitted to replacing the box on the 1, likely to justify the prior salvage title, but the whole truck had been obviously sprayed by the same hack as the other 3 and they lied through their teeth claiming that aside from that new box, there had been absolutely no body work done any of these trucks. The prices seemed fair through a computer screen, but after seeing the need for a new paint job on everything, they were all $10,000 overpriced. Whoever does their bodywork is a total hack (with a very dirty shop) and should not be allowed near a paint gun. Be sure to inspect your vehicle before purchasing

I would advise against buying anything from these very typical used car salesmen. I legitimately feel like I got swindled. As much as Im embarrassed to admit it, I think its important that others know that these people only want to sell you a car, do not stand by any of their cars, and are engaging in malicious cover-ups of problems to get cars out the door. I didnt even make it home before my car blew up, smoking all over the place leaving me stranded on the side of the road. As I opened the hood to see what could be the problem I found the radiator cap falling apart, and globs of radiator stop leak in the radiator. Image Auto Sales denied having anything to do with it, but it was clearly fresh, and intended to hide the fact the the water pump was leaking and in need of replacement. I would strongly advise against avoiding their dishonest practices and denial of all responsibility at all costs. Theres no deal good enough to end up with a lemon.

I bought a salvaged 08 grand Prix that was listed as being a GT but was the base model and wouldnt negotiate with me for the price at all, I ended up having to replace the transmission after about 5 months and still have to redo all the wiring in the car, not all of this is the dealerships fault but its still stuffed that should have been looked into more since the check engine light came on days after I bought the vehicle , other than those problems though the car has never broken down on me and they were very nice to talk to and gave detailed information on the crash that happened earlier in the cars history and would still recommend people to look around the lot for decent priced vehicles.

Purchased a 2005 Trailblazer from them. They were honest, and told me the problems they knew about. I took it for a test drive and found one more problem and they said they would fix all of these issues and deliver the car to me. Will update later on as time goes by. As of now, I am satisfied with my purchase.
