I thought Robbins Nissan was going to help be from their approach!!! I am a victim of he recent floods in Houston, and none would approve me for a auto loan!! Robbins Nissan finally found a lender that would finance me. The only issue I had was that the dealership was trying to put me in a old car 2012 Altams whee as I came from a 2015 model!!! When I expressed to them my feeling on that they put a Ford Fusion I dont of me. IG did look good on the inside and out, but was horrible while driving it after I made s phone call and finally saw a car that I thought was ok I took it home!! It wasnt two weeks b4 the engin light came on and it started to drive crazy!!! I called Nacho the sails manger and explained to him the problem. I ended up having to have mytransmission changed afte a week or two it started to drive crazy agin by now my first payment is now due so Im now stuck with a car thats not reliable. I ended up consolting with Nacho who claimed that hes going to buy the car back then and put me in a car that I chose he guaranteed that a deal would be made on the 2016 Dodge Charger that the lot now has he said that hes getting it derailed and ready for me. That was Wednesday!!!! Today is Friday I still stuck in this car thats not working properly!!! I drive to Robbins I was in the middle of a conversation with Nach when it was interupted and he wakes off never to return, which is very rude disrespectful and unprofessional!!! I called him in his phone and he told me to speak to Perry the finance manager who told me something which he could have told me over the phone!!!! Im so upset right now bc I was swendeled I to purchasing from a company not one twice but 3x and I will never recommend a one to Robbins Nissan ever!!! Poor customer service, disrespectful, not upfront or honest, and only see $ signs and not the ppl that come to them for their services.they get 0% in my book Not to mentioned when I spoke to Nacho the last time he said oh there nothing wrong with ur car, but I clearly just have to get a whole transmission changed!!!

Horrible! Tomorrow I stand to be without transportation because of the incompetence and indifference of two entities. Those two entities are the repair shop I chose to repair my truck (Robbins Nissan in Humble Texas) and National General, whose insured rear ended me. Their insured hit me so hard that she reportedly did frame damage to my 2010 Nissan Frontier. National General, I was told by the repair shop, authorized them to replace the frame. My truck has been ready for several days, but National General is refusing to pay the $6000 repair bill. They claim that Robbins Nissan has not supplied them with sufficient information to process the final payment. Robbins Nissan claims that they have provided all requested information. So, while these two argue about that, National General is refusing to continue paying for the rental car I have been driving while waiting for my truck to be repaired and Robbins Nissan is refusing to release my truck to me until they receive payment in full from National General. The question I have and the reason I am filing this complaint is why would National General authorize repairs that they have not checked out? Apparently, National General wants pictures of the frame that was replaced and will not pay until they receive these pictures. Supposedly, these pictures will prove that the old frame needed to be replaced. Nobody from National General went to the body shop to look at the frame? You mean they authorized this body shop to do repairs totaling $6000 and nobody checked to see if the repairs really needed to be done! This is ridiculous! Consequently, I could be without transportation for who knows how long. I cannot afford to pay for a rental car and a car not until these two settle this mess. I blame Robbins Nissan as well. They are holding me hostage by not releasing my truck. Their battle is not with me it is with the insurance company. Release my car!!!!!

I cant explain all the bad things that has happened to me at this Dealership!!!!! These guys steal money from you Literally !!!!! I went to buy a used car a few years back and paid my down payment with cash And they took it, rewrote the contract and signed my name to it.Said it was the finance guy not the dealership. They bought the car back and told me they would take care of me( give me a good deal) if I returned. I wanted the Nissan Maxima SR .I ended up with the S. The agreed price was 31000 I owed 4800 on my trade. I was not going to purchase the car. My wife told me to leave.(shouldve Listened)Well the finance guy went and got the sales manager and he reduced the interest rate pretty low. So I decided that it would help the situation .So he was doing numbers saying he is losing money but it was ok.... He leaves and the guy is changing stuff in the computer which turns out they take away your cashback for the better interest rate .They have an overpriced warranty 3 years for 36000 miles $2700 which the same thing the factory covers and bunch of fees. Im now $44000 for the base model. I didnt pay attention. So I just want you to Know their culture.Love the car but got charged way to much for it . I might just let it go back to the bank. I just i dont want to ruin my credit. If you are going to buy from this dealership..Be smart!!..Pay attention to the paperwork and dont trust anything what they say!! Look very careful over the contract. Once you leave, its done! Merry Christmas!!

I purchased a 2011 Nissan pathfinder. On a whim my wife and I decided it was time to get another car to more comfortably accommodate our family and ended up striking out the first dealership we visited. We came home for lunch, saw a car that we liked at Robbins, and sent a web-based form to let the dealer know we were interested. Paul called back moments (seconds) later to let us know that we should come in and advised us that they might have a few other vehicles in our price range too. Paul sent us to John at the dealership, and his service was exceptional. The vehicle we first saw had been sold, but John was happy to show us several more and indulged my wife with a few that we hadnt even considered either. We ended up finding the Pathfinder and decided it would work well for us. Having three boys we werent terribly concerned with much, but there was a cup holder that had come out of place in the back seat. We got it on paper without issue that it would be fixed. He walked us through financing, just to see if they could beat the preapproval we already had, and afterward we completed the sale. After I checked back with John, he let me know that the part was in his office and that we could come by and hed even put it in for us. I would not have actually believed that we could get service like this while purchasing a used vehicle. After a bad start with a different dealer, this was even more apparent. Couldnt have been more satisfied.
