I love to support local, but when there is zero professionalism, I prefer to spend my money at retailing cooperations who have a higher standard of customer service to abide by. I dropped off a book for some of the pages to be photocopied and bound at 2:30pm and was told to come back in an hour. I came back at 5:30pm and it was not done, so I had to wait while the woman photocopied it with an attitude. When I asked her why she doesnt turn the book the other way and photocopy both pages of the book onto one page, she said (again with the attitude) I should have told her to do that. 1. She didnt ask 2. Its common sense to photocopy it that way. Quicker and less paper. 3. It was suppose to be photocopied 2 hours ago when I wasnt around, so who would have specified to her then? I had some other documents I wanted photocopied, but I needed to maintain a certain order so I was handing them to her a stack at a time. She got an even bigger attitude about that and complained to her coworker (maybe owner?) who chastised me about it, but mind you, NO APOLOGY FOR NOT HAVING MY BOOK FINISHED ON TIME. All this attitude for some photocopies as though theyre doing me a favor. Its not for free, Im paying for a service. I could have been angry about having to wait for something that was suppose to be done 2 hours ago. But their angry because they dont like the way Im handing her the papers? Theyre more concerned with their time rather than respecting the customers time and doing big paying jobs. The man told me they dont offer this photocopying service (even though its on their sign: Copy & Fax). They only do printing. He told me not to come back and I wont.

The people who work there are nice, but the service is overall pretty awful, especially when you consider how much they charge. They are often in the back so its hard to get their attention. Also, their printers are weird and Ive had problems with how the printing job comes out. I dont think its the staffs fault but their printers have really strange settings and its hard to correctly do simple things like print double sided. The staff will blame the customers for faulty printing and makes you feel like you are trying to rob them or something.
