Useful Not busy, so a pleasant and practical experience if you want to send a package. Available if you are not home to receive a package that needs a signature, for example, in which case they will send it to your Fed Ex store. Specifically, before this opened, I was receiving messages for a delivery that required my signature (usually Fed Ex leaves the package at your door or with a neighbor, regardless of whether a signature is required or not, but this being a more valuable package, it actually required my signature. Since there are Fed Ex stores around Manhattan, I asked about the option to have it sent to a delivered to a store for pickup. I was told it could be delivered to the New Rochelle store only, a place I no longer have any reason to go to, and dont plan on taking multiple buses to, way out of my way, to pick up a package when there were Fed Ex locations all over Manhattan. Now, that wont be an issue anymore.

Do not bother to do anything else except sending a box. It is an aggravating when a hispanic fat women (Im hispanic...) with attitude asked for "trakin numbah" (my bad luck, sender Directv did not give me any) but I showed my ID and be told "I aint gona give you pakesh without a numbah". Seriously, no costumers no jobs. one star for clean floor entrance only.

Heavy set lady behind the counter did not want to help me. Had a package delivered and they said the package would be held in Mt.Vernon. Drove there and they told me it would be here. If that was not bad enough, she could not help me without my tracking number. I was told customer service would be my only help. Do not waste your time with Fedex

I have only shipped packages from this location on two occasions. The first time I had to wait while she finished scanning a delivery (she was the only one there). The second time, there were two folk and the clerk was prompt, polite, and professional. Its in the neighborhood, I will use them.

So thiss day 8 of a 3 day express package which Ive paid an additional $5 to have delivered at a specific time that did not happen! No delivery nor pick up option available. Unacceptable!! This specific facility hasnt been picking up the phone since 7am, it is now 1:35pm. Horrendous service...

Went for the first time this week to drop a package. I was serviced by a fat white lady who was really nasty, apathetic and cold. Bad customer service. Hopefully this review will help FedEx hire people with enough common sense and reason to do simple tasks such as being cordial.

Long story short. Dont go here. The worst service ever. The employees were all sitting around on the counters chatting. The one person that did ask to help me was very abrupt, rude and NOT helpful at all. Just go to staples in the next shopping center over.

Joanne is always helpful. Sometimes there will be a line but Id rather wait for someone that knows my name and is is willing to go the extra mile to assist than get shuffled around like livestock ... and I live a 20min bus ride away. That says something.

Have came 2x here and both times customer service has been horrendous. Act like im coming in to bother them. And this was coming from the manager. Wont be using this location anymore unless they change staff.
