Been there to print menus and got great and fast service. HOWEVER, came back to print thank you cards, brought in my own cards and envelopes, got an explanation from Brian on how to format the information file for this print job, got a price quote- IN WRITING!! So I went back home, prepared the file for about 3 hours, sent it back and didnt get any reply- I went there the next place and the manager comes out saying oh no we never contacted u because we cant do the job unless you pay more. She just made up a price which was 10 TIMES HIGHER then what Brian quoted for me IN WRITING. When I asked her why is she doing this she didnt have a good answer and just said do it yourself at home and dont print it here. This place obviously takes advantage of people if they know they have to print something under a time constraint. I plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau since I already got a quoted price and they completely ignored their own paperwork and just made up a price from the top of their heads. BAD SERVICE, BAD TREATMENT. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!
