This store is a scam, I went in there to print couple black and white copies and was told to use the computer as the staff was busy and didnt have time to help me with the usb that i had. i used the computer to extract a file from my own usb drive (total usage time was only 2 minutes) and was charged a full 3 dollar for alleged "computer use". how do you expect customers to print stuff without touching the computer when the staff is not available to assist?! such a scam!!

I agree with the previous post. This clerk is a scammer. He overcharges and did not provide me with a tracking number. I used the UPS online to calculate costs and he overcharged me by 50%. When I asked him why the billing was so high he said that I couldnt find it any cheaper but a week later I sent the same item through another UPS store and paid 50% less. This guy is a total scammer. I will never use that store again.

This is the worst customer service ever!!! I wanted to ship my iphone to apple but they wont assist me. The clerk said i can leave the phone on the desk and she is gonna do it with in 5 hours. After a question who is going to be responsible if they loose it, she said ME. Also i had issues with that store in the past with nasty attitude and overcharging me for 150% other in other stores.

I have to agree with the two posts below. My experience was the same. I paid over the price listed on the website and the clerk also did not give me a tracking number. He neither gave me a choice for the type of mail I wanted to send my package, just typed up some numbers and charged my credit card. Im better off going to the Post office a few avenues away.

This location is the best one Ive been to so far. They assist you with kindness and actually care about your shipments. Theyre very organized, helpful and know what theyre doing. My shipments are always well taken care of by the young lady in the front, Amanda. She is very sweet and helpful. 5 stars for this location!!

Came here a few times to drop off packages and never had a issue. Was greeted, scanned and off I go. Cant say for the other services in the store but overall a good experience.
