The staff is useless. After they scan the item, packages are under UPS responsibility but they ask me to take the package off of the scale and put it next to the wall, saying thats not their job. Hopefully they didnt ask me to deliver the package too. What if I hurt my back while working for them, will UPS pay my hospital expenses? I spoke UPS customer service about it and they said there is nothing wrong with that. All I can do now is to give negative rating here.

Im surprised by the negative reviews. Staff have always been more than helpful to me. One time my package said delivered via tracking online but it wasnt in the store. The gentlemen working went and tracked down a mailman who had the key to the apartment building next door where my package was mis-delivered and went inside to retrieve my package for me.

Horrible, the lady today working on June 30th before closing was very rude and disrespectful to my father. The complete opposite of what ithe company advertise. They are not for the client and are not considerate. Unbelievable - THE WORSE!!!!

One of the two ladies with long hairs who was working at this place on 14th July end of business hours was unpleasant and rude. This place is only 3 mins walking from my home but still will never go there again ....

This UPS store is perfectly good - convenient location near the train, lots of parking nearby. Lots of shipping supplies. Im usually in and out pretty quick.
