I want to start off by saying, if you dont like sales associates breathing down your neck about buying this car or that car, or maybe THIS car, then Cam Automotive is the place to go. They are extremely relaxed about you, as the customer looking at their vehicles. Theyre not right on your heals about purchasing a vehicle you dont want or trying to show you outrageously expensive vehicles you cant afford. I arrived with my boyfriend instresed in a particular car on their lot. My boyfriend had emailed back and forth with the owner, Jon about us being approved before we came to see a particular vehicle. We walked in and felt very welcomed. We were handed the key to the car and as my boyfriend and I headed to the car I looked behind me thinking the someone would be hot on our heals, but I was wrong! We checked the car out for about a half hour without being bothered by anyone. Then went back inside to ask if we could take her for a test drive. All they did was take a copy of my license and off we went. No awkward third party tag along in the car with us. Which we were so thrilled about. We drove the car around for a while and no one cared how long we were gone. It seemed as though the thoughts from the professional salesmen were, we want them to know its a good car and we arent worried about how long they test drive it, theyll be back. We came back with butterflies, we loved everything. Most importantly the mechanics seemed real smooth. We were in and out so quick. We purchased the car in what felt like minutes. I would guesstimate in total, about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at the most was all it took to buy the car. It was the fastest I have EVER been in and out of a car dealership. I do have to back up a bit. We needed a warranty, we could only give so much down and couldnt go over a certain amount for the monthly payments. They actually made it happen for us, 2 year extended warranty as close to bumper to bumper as you can get with a used car!! The effort from Jon, the gentleman that sold us the vehicle, was so impressive. He didnt give up as most probably would have, at least what Ive seen in my experiences of purchasing vehicles in the past. He kept trying different numbers until he made it affordable for us to add the 2 year extended warranty. He sells his vehicles with a 3 month warranty off the bat which was nice, but we really needed more. He also filled the gas tank up for us to drive off with as a thank you. I will definitely come back here when Im ready to sell my car and purchase a new one. The car we purchased today was primarily for my boyfriend to drive. Both gentlemens we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Cam automotive came across intensely trustworthy and knowledgeable. They also have BEAUTIFUL used cars on their lot!!! I wouldve taken any car off that lot. And the prices are remarkably fair!!! I have never left a review this in depth for anything before. But I felt they certainly deserved it! Good luck getting john on the phone. We bought a Suv from them a few months back on trade for my mint Subaru. I was very clear that we were trading a car that needed nothing and we didnt want a lemon. (Had to get a bigger car due to our first baby) John worked with us on getting a few things fixed but it was just band-aids. I am a mechanic so I had the knowledge to figure out it wasnt fixed right after a few days. so I had to take it back til he finally got the stuff fixed right. Its been a good car and was priced right so I give him a plus for that. Title took over 3 months and tons of times trying to get john to explain to me why it was taking so long. I have bought dozens and dozens of cars and NEVER had this problem epically from a dealer. Finally got john on the phone and the next day I got the registration hoping the title shows up in the next few days or I will be getting my lawyer involved since my pink slip is only good for 90days. it was obviously a issues between John and his notary since the day after I called for the tenth time it magically showed up. Wont be going back even though the car is nice. Hard to get ahold of and we felt like stuff was trying to be covered up. Buyer beware. Make sure you get the car looked at.

I bought my first car from cam-it was a Lincoln .the car was beautiful!I went back a year later -and bought a Chevy avalanche -a real sharp truck-loaded-just to let you all know -these people are different than the rest of the useird car dealers.all the others once you drive off the parking lot-they forgot your name.Not cam-I know first hand -him and his staff stand behind their name-thats why Im writing this -I refer cams to everybody I know-they are top shelf people -who are about their business!I will be buying my next vehicle from them again-and all the staff are good people who go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied -john your a good man-and respects to all!!Thank you!

I made it a point when i purchased my vehicle from this dealer to give a 5 star review wherever possible. And now it is my goal to warn and inform people of the fraudulent, scamming no good dealer it is. After owning my vehicle just over 4 months i have a blown motor and a dealer that wont do a thing about it or make good on a "warranty i never purchased"!!!! 8000k later on a motor for my tahoe hybrid. Not to mention the 3 problems at purchase time you never made good on. You should be ashamed of yourself. No worries tho ill get my money back because i have taken legal action, and i will make it a point everyday to get a review out about you and your extraordinary dealership!

I purchased my vehicle from Cam Automotive over a year ago and I must say the post sales experience is amazing. The owner, Jonathan, does not end the vehicle buying process at the POS, but goes above and beyond every time to ensure all my auto needs are being met. I wouldnt purchase a used vehicle without the assurance of service and for that Cam Automotive scores a 200 out 100. Its safe to say Cam Automotive has received a life long customer and I would recommend anyone looking for pre-owned vehicle go on down to Cam Automotive and tell them "Rad sent me" and I promise there will be zero disappointment. I bought a 2011 Ford from Jon at CAM Automotive and it was the easiest car-buying experience Ive had in over 20 years! Jon was knowledgeable about the vehicle, worked with me to attain financing that matched exactly what I wanted to pay per month, and made sure that I was completely happy with the vehicle before I left the lot! I had a minor issue with the car just last week...I brought it to Jon and he got me back on the road in no time!! Jon, Darnell, Matt , Adam and the rest of the team at CAM Automotive are awesome! When Im ready for another car, they are the only place Im going!!
