Bought a 13 crosstrek. Salesmen was a very nice guy. However, parts/ service isnt helpful at all. Had a bad experience multiple times. One for example, was buying wiper blades for me and my wifes subaru. They wanted a VIN number for her car (wife bought her car at a different dealer so it wasnt in their system) and we didnt have it since we took my car to run erins for the day. Needless to say, the parts clerk said he needed the VIN number. You would think they could go the extra step and ask us where we got our subaru from and contact them to help us get the correct blades for her 16 Legacy... but that was it.. I understand that everyone has bad days but this was basic level customer service, which to me, they need training on. Unacceptable.

My wife and I bought a 2006 VW Jetta from LCM Value center a week ago. The whole process was very pleasant. No pressure to buy what so ever. Answered every question I had about the vehicle. Let me look the vehicle over top to bottom and even the fluids. We dealt with a gentlemen named Gary, very polite man. He was very engaging and felt comfortable dealing with him. I am very happy with our purchase and they have a customer for life. Like the others have stated all dealers should model their customer service after LCM. I recommend them to anyone looking for good reliable vehicles. Thank you LCM.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. My sales rep Gary went out of his way to help me. The car I bought was for a fair price and I absolutely love it! I didnt feel pressured into buying it and would definitely recommend this place. It was an hour from where I live but certainly worth the drive for the excellent customer service and great selection of cars.
