We have bought 2 RV’s from Thurstons over the years. First one was fine and we used it with no issues. This year we upgraded to a large class A. We checked around but found what we really wanted at Thurstons. There were a few small issues that they took care of no problem. After about a week, we noticed a major issue. We contacted Ron and Rich, and they were first stunned that this was missed but wanted to know what they could do to make it right. Needless to say, the fix was not cheep, or easy, however they stepped up to the plate to make it right. They did not have to do so as we signed an “as is”. Me and the Mrs. were so happy with the help and after-service that Thurstons provided. We can’t thank the whole team enough. It is so nice to know we are dealing with honest and decent people. We recommend Thurston Auto & RV very highly. They took our word on a handshake, helped with financing, checked everything on the Roadtrek Class B RV we bought at a price better than the NADA estimate. They even checked in with us after purchase to be sure all was OK. We drove home to NY without even the smallest worry. Ron and Rich are definitely men of their word and their goal is to make their customers happy with their purchase...Mike and I are definitely HAPPY CAMPERS. Recently I almost had the chance to purchase a limited 4Runner from thurston. But, it sold online before I could make the transaction happen. Kevin provided amazing service regardless. I live in Tennessee and was willing to fly down to pick it up. I am a very well researched individual and thurston has quality products. If I get the chance. Sold us a car for our son and said they did a safety inspection, well the brakes were bad in the rear also $1600.00 more on other repairs. Plus said it had a new transmission which was not true had to replace that within 45 Days!! I would not ever buy anything from them because they are not trustworthy!!!!
