I would not recommend this store. I purchased a new phone from this AT&T store on 5/22. I was unhappy with the phone. I brought it back to exchange it for another phone on 6/5, only 15-days from purchase. The receipt states a 14-day return policy. The sales staff turned me away and said I was one-day late and nothing was possible. I have been with AT&T for over 15-years and in one day, this store will make me turn to Verizon. I would not recommend this store.

Had a great experience upgrading my ATT phone. Andre the store manager was very helpful and walked me through all the rate options to get the best deal. I came back later with more questions and he was glad to help and it showed he cared that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend going to the Strawberry Village ATT store for questions or purchasing of a cell phone or tablet.

Thought that the service was minimal. Nothing explained and that one short interaction sent the employee to the back of the store to recuperate. Lazy, unfriendly atmosphere. Completely empty store while all other AT&T stores are jammed. Recommend if you need help, that you stay away from this location.

On Sept. 27 I purchased an IPhone6S. The sales person, Luc Denis, the asistant manager, was very helpful. In fact, a few days later I brought my MacBook Air to the AT&T Store and he transferred my photos to my new phone. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Everytime I go in this store, the staff are friendly and helpful in resolving whatever issues I might have. Thats despite just being a pay-as-I-go customer not really taking advantage of any of the contract services they provide.
