Ive been to game stores across the U.S., including Hawaii, and this is one of my favorite. The second one being in Vancouver Mall. Ive spent well over $3000.00, in the last year, in this store alone. Mostly on used games and Collectibles. Like the Bioshock Infinite Board Game, or replicas by NECA and other such companies, but also consoles, peripherals and online content. Ive never been misinformed, lied to or pushed to buy anything. Ive had the employees recommend titles, accessories and such, but never pushed or had them repeatedly try and get me to buy something. Theyve even kept the store open, roughly twenty minutes after closing, just so I could look around more. Ive returned two games, one new and one used. I received all of my cash back on both items without a hassle. The used game that I had returned, came from another Gamestop. Ive bought used games from here that didnt come with an original case, and Ive had one of the workers remember my previous visit, and give me the case to the game weeks later for free. Ive attended multiple midnight releases at this location and all went great. I even went by for the XBox One midnight release, even though I didnt get an XBox One. I specifically went by to get Legend Of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. Ive always had good experiences here and so have all of my gaming friends and friends who dont game, but buy gifts for those who do. Thank you Gamestop employees for making my life a little more fun with each visit. I always leave with a smile.

I could not give a lower star so they get one. This game stop blows. all the staff there sucks and they seem like they dont care about their job this is 1 of the worst gamestop I have ever been to. The quot;manager" is a numskull. He should be working at gas station with his education level. Please if avoid this game stop as if it were the plague. As said in another review. Go to the one by wallwart in happy vally.

Manager is a dick, as well as most of the staff. There are a few employees that seem to actually want to make the experience great for the customer, but most just give off the vibe that they dont want to deal with you or that theyre only acting nice, and its very obvious theyre just acting, to get you to preorder, buy the magazine, do the survey on the receipt, etc.

Terrible, got straight-up ripped off here. I went in to buy a used title. The clerk told me that the used games didnt come with the online pass, which was $10. A new copy was the same price as a used copy with an online pass, so I bought a new one. Turns out the game does not require an online pass, the clerk made it up. Never shop here.

One of my favorite Game Stop stores due to the staff. This is my favorite place to go, just because the staff is very friendly and fun to shoot the breeze with. The inventory is just about the same from what you would expect out of a Game Stop, but on the smaller side. However, still got a large assortment of games.

my xbox 360 broke and I sold all my games about 23 of them in perfest condition and they gave me 7-15 bucks for each game and some of the games I got for $40 or more. then I bought a game for 19.99 and I returned it and they gave me 17.99 back. these guys are ridiculous!!

I love this location always super friendly and helpful when I need it. They are never pushy trying to sell me anything I dont want like some of the other locations. One employee in particular here is the coolest and I always enjoy working with him.

Very good, and I like to get games at Gamestop. Including Xbox 360 games and Nintendo 3DS games and consoles, systems, Nintendo eShop cards for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, and more. I found another GameStop at the Clackamas Town Center inside the Mall.

Want to go buy a M+ game? Well sucks for you if you dont have a state issued id. I go here to buy and 17+ game and they ask me for id but apparently a college issued id was not ample for the purchase.

Normal GameStop type store. They bought some of my old games and I got some new ones. Not a big fan of GameStop taking my fingerprints to sell some games. Wont be going back to sell games again...

They are the rudest people on earth I just called them to see how much I could get for my iPod touch and he just hung up on me and never called back!!!

Really good customer service. Less busy than the mall. Staff seems generally knowledgeable about games, etc. Enjoyed my experience.
