While visiting your store in Oregon city, my husband was injured by one of the portable air coolers located in the store because the air conditioning has been out for several weeks. Apparently the company brought these in to try to keep customers somewhat cool. They are portable with wheels placed in various locations throughout the store. They are also inconveniently located in front of things that people want to shop for. Again they are on wheels, so my husband moved one a couple of inches over and the large tubing came crashing down on him. Although the management said they felt terrible for what had happened, they have made no attempt to even see that he is okay? We shop at Goodwill regularly, several locations in fact. This one happens to be in the town we live in. We ended up at ER to make sure that the big bump on his head was just that, a bump. Although he appears to be fine, he is suffering from headaches, the store management doesnt know that. He filled out a report with his contact information. How is it that somebody can get hurt in your store, and yet no one can even call and reach out to make sure that he is OK? What is up with that? That just adds insult to injury! Maybe you should have a little talk with the staff there? We took several pictures at the time of the incident, I am not trying to be obnoxious, or rude, but Im very disheartened with the lack of concern or care, about my husbands injury. Obviously whoever installed these units, did not do so properly otherwise this would not have happened. Wonder if this happened to a child? Or a senior citizen? Sent from my iPhone

One of the most ridiculously overpriced "Trift" Stores around. I mean, all the Goodwills have gone up in price a lot, but whoever prices at this location has gone off the deep end. I regularly see things priced at $200 and above, and in pretty much every case its something you could get on eBay for half the price or less. I used to like coming here, but I hardly ever find anything worth buying anymore.

This place is okay. Ive had some good finds here and the people are nice. Unfortunately, sometimes when I walk in I just have to leave again because of the cigarette smell. People arent smoking in there, but many of the customers smell like smoke.

Donations lay outside the store during closed hours, exposed to the weather. The prices on goods in the store are much more than the value of the products.

Just like any other Goodwill store. Except for the AC. It has been broken at this store for 2 months. I cant even imagine what its like to work here.

Dirty and lots of rude customers. Dont go on Sundays as they switch their tags and it brings everyone out of the wood work.

The store itself is fine, the location doesnt make for a very good/ large selection of items but everyone is very friendly
