I wish I could give them a zero stars but it doesnt allow me .I went to purchase a game today and the manager was very rude. Im a gamer and I purchase a lots of games every month from Gamestop. but this is the first time and went to this location because this location was the only one that have the game that i wanted. The manager was about to sell me the game but then she decide not to because I was trading a game that was not open. Without any questions she start treating me like I was some kind of delinquent and she asked me to step out of the store. I tried calling the store to talk to her by phone but she did not want to take my calls. I wish I could speak to the owner of the store to express my dislike with this manager. GameStop makes a lot of business out of me and I was very disappointed of how I was treated today.

UNDERSTAFFED, UNDERTRAINED, RUDE. Ive usually had great experiences with GameStop, however I stopped by this location to trade in my Xbox one S 500gb (games an accessories. All bought previously from GameStop). Took a hair over an hour after I waited in line, arrived at the counter and was told I would have to wait for him to check out other customers because I was trading in items. Not how you want to be treated as a consistent paying customer. After waiting for the people behind me in-line to check-out i was told I couldnt trade my Xbox in anyways, because it needed an update. Absolutely ridiculous, waited over an hour to be told to go home. Save yourself the hassle and drive a few miles further to the nicer one.

Called these folks and asked them if they had a used game, they had it for $39.95 I had two games to trade in they quoted me $10.50 in trade for both. Got there and they tried to give me $4.50 in trade with some excuse about "what the other guy said on the phone". Im glad this happened because it made me venture to Game Trader on Cedar Hills. They had the game for $29.95 and gave me a $10 trade for 1 of my games. Totally worth it. Completely done with game stop forever. I highly recommend Game Trader instead.

If you want to get pushed in the rear and get no value for your good, then pay out the rear for the same game the just shanked another gamer on, then by all means, keep giving these middlemen your money. Sell peer to peer like a good gamer and let this company die.

Great staff! I can talk to them for hours about video games and nerd culture. They are super helpful and just as passionate about video games as I am. Just remember go in there with a budget because they will always try to upsell you with membership and preorders.

Its OK the game selection is good, but Im 17 and only have an expired permit for age ID and apparently they dont except expired permits!!! That makes no sense who would fake and expired permit? Stupid!

Typical gamestop. Been to one you been to them all. The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Would come again if Im looking for something and dont want to wait for something to ship online.

In & out in just a few minutes. Had to pick up a console here for Christmas as Lloyd Center was out. Big surprise. Anyway, it was held for me as promised. And no lines! Thanks guys!

Received a refurbished Wii U & Mario Kart 8 as a gift. MK8 disc didnt work; took it back the next day, and they were very friendly and replaced it with a brand-new MK8 disc.

The shop is small, but selection and location is good. The guy who worked there when I went was not helpful at all. Prices are also high for used games. Long live Amazon!
