INITIAL rating was one star: The one star is for friendliness once you are able to speak with someone. We did not realize this was a third party retailer. This store never went through the "GO WIRELESS" charges added to our bill. The manager rushed us to the door after we switched over to Verizon, as a carrier, without even going over what our monthly bill would be. Glass protection ($40 for each phone) was put on our phones without even asking if we wanted it. As far as for the S8s, its hard to hit buttons with the screen protector on that they added. I called GoWireless customer service because I dont want the $80 per line extra fee and they just connected me directly to the store. I called Verizon and they were great, but could not help me with the GoWireless charges. FOLLOWUP: I changed my rating to 4 stars after Nicole, District Mgr for GoWireless, called me and resolved all my issues. She was super helpful and friendly. I chose not to with their VIP plan which IS optional if you make sure to tell the associates at the store you do not want it.

I got my new phone at the Verizon store at Lacey, WA on 8/13/17. The rep. Who helped me is the best Ive ever worked with. That rep. Is Jordan James and he was fantastic wand soo patient, as I am 70 (almost) and a dinasaur when it comes to technology! Jordan was very polite at all times and demonstrated amazing proficiency getting me into an upgraded new phone. My phone had major problems, and I knew none of the pins or IDs due mainly because my husband had my phone on his pins. Jordan figured out quickly all my phone problems and has me set up now on my own ID and pins. This was totally new tome, Jordan instructed me patiently and perfectly. I highly recommend Jordan James, he is remarkable and a genius with Verizon aplicatoons.

I started working on moving my phone number from one account to a new account on my own after a relationship fell apart. After visiting a corporate store I was told I needed to call the Verizon AOL department to move my number this was a very difficult process that required faxing my drivers license and my SS card to prove who I was. Long story short I walked into go wireless and Curtis and his minions worked for 3.5 hours getting it done and making a good sale from me and doing more for me then the corporate store 2 blocks away I will be coming back because of this commitment to helping me out knowing this was going to take time. So much better than a corporate location. Ive had bad experiences with Verizon workers before, but I came in the other day and was greeted by Kelsey. She took the time to thoroughly look over my account, get to know me as a person, and find out the best solution for me. She got me more for what I was already paying for, and into devices that I use and love. She got everything that I needed transferred and set up for me, and made sure I knew how to use everything and was comfortable before I even left the store. Always ask for Kelsey, she gave me the best customer service experience Ive ever had. Never going anywhere else.

I will no longer be going anywhere else!! =) I was with Sprint for a long time and had questions about switching to Verizon, but I was a little nervous just because I do get confused. I walked in and was greeted by someone named Brendan. He was very nice n I had a lot of questions and he explained everything in detail so he made sure I wasnt confused. And explained how I would save money and have better service! So I ended up switching! Thanks to Brendan I love my new phone and get better reception!! Amazing customer service and people that work there!!

My name is Preston with Preston Transports I recently got into a contract with Verizon and worked with Kelsey for 2 tablets and a phone for my son the service was remarkable, they treat you like a customer instead of a number like the other stores Ive been to. I had some trouble with my new phone and Salinda the manager set my phone up in 30 seconds I was impressed and I was back on the road with no delays, I wish the rest of the stores had the customer care that this Verizon location offeres. I had to visit the Verizion wireless store in Lacey, Wa today and it was the best experience I have had in one of your outlets. The young man Curtis was most helpful and derailed my anger at Verizon. He helped straighten out a very messed up bill with customer service and put us on a much better plan. He also helped my sister and got her a new phone. This store is one that I will certainly visit for my phone needs and will definitely recommend. They are truly a premium retailer. Thank you, Roberta Oberst

My experience was fantastic :). I walked in and was greeted by very helpful people. The whole setup process was really nice. Kimberly Clemons is very amazing and help me every step a long the way. I am walking out with a new phone. I think Verizon is one of the best places to go when setting up an account or getting a new phone. They really help you every step of the way and you really do walk out happy and loving the new thing you just bought. So thank you Verizon. You guys are awesome. :D

Jordan was the best representative for Verizon that I have encountered. He is kind, courteous and very knowlegeable about the products. He treated us with respect and honor. Itdidnt matter how many questions we had he was able to answer them or look up the answer. I watched him treat others with the same dignity and respect. If he isnt your manager he should be. Im not sure any of these people have actually worked with Curtis. Everytime I go in there he tries to push another product or service on me. Since the last time he "helped" me, my bill has skyrocketed to $300 a month for my cell and tablet. This after he assured me my bill would be less and I was getting a better deal. Absolutely ridiculous! Never have I had any issues with Verizon untill I walked into this location and worked with Curtis.

I have been in this store many times and every time Im in there I am treated as a loyal customer; they make me feel like Ive had all my questions answered they take their time and make me feel comfortable-- especially the manager Jessica Vincent. she goes above and beyond helping me out, even showing me things and how to do things. Nice young lady a large asset to your company and needs to be kept around.
