Isela is awesome. I am really impressed... I had to stand in a Verizon store in Corte Madera for *hours* the other day, and the experience here is just like night and day. She really helped me figure out what is definitely a weird and complex problem.... She was helpful, thoughtful, patient, kind, and low to no pressure. Sometimes you get techs that *know* they know more than you, and treat you like you dont really know what you want. But she patiently listened, figured out some cool workarounds, and basically brought me back into the future! =) Cell phone companies are basically commodities now, and they cant do much - locked into a very strict set of hardware and cell / data plans. The fact she was able to work it so I am going to end up only pay $10 more a month for a brand new Samsung Galaxy S5 *AND* keep my beloved simple flip phone is just fantastic. Its still a cell store experience... but its the best I have had in 10 years since I first got a phone. Right on Isela! THANK YOU!

I have received extremely poor customer service from Sprint PCS and this retail location. I was told by a customer service employee at this Sprint store location that I was no longer under contract with Sprint. My phone had died and after replacing it with 2 new batteries, my phone still didnt work. I receive poor cell phone service in the area I live (Sausalito) and so I decided to try another cell phone carrier. Shortly thereafter, I get a bill from Sprint that I owe a $200.00 early termination fee. When I called about this they said that regardless of what information the Sprint employee gave me the company is saying that I owe this money. I spent nearly 2 hours in the store and numerous hours on the phone with Sprint over the past 2 months trying to resolve this and they are making me pay for their employees mistake.

Awesome. Milan and Chad and Bernice were incredible today. Durability to keep multitasking and older customers happy at the same time with Fe to behold I really enjoyed going into the store today and they made all my shopping such an easy enjoyable experience and I got everything I wanted plus a little bit extra that I wanted but I didnt know that it was possible to do until they explained it to me so Im very very happy.

Albert Marangco was very helpful in helping me with a very messy situation. He has the best customer service and he is very knowledgeable. he is definitely an asset to Sprint. I would have never switch my service to Sprint had it not been for Albert. I will remember him for a very long time. i want the world to know just how much I appreciated his service and kindness. he was very thoughtful.

Superb experience. After dealing with one of the most aggravating sales experiences Ive ever had at the nearby Verizon store, the high quality of service the sprint store provided was a breath of fresh air. They answered all my questions honestly and made the whole process of signing up about as painless as that kind of thing can possibly be. I highly recommend this sprint store.

Horrible service! My father has had this company for about 20 years and for the past 3 years our phones have been acting up. Not only do we wait to be attended for almost 40 min to an hour to get an answer that they cant do much. The only thing they tell us to do is call customer service. Once our plan is over definitely looking forward to another company!

They are improving. A year ago: they could not handle paying a bill, couldnt help with any repairs and only knew the specs for a couple of the most recently released phones. Now: seems like they can handle a bill. If nothing else, the new set of employees are happy and seem motivated to make you happy as well

For anyone who reads this, let me say that I have no more than the only upmost happiness with the service I was given. The employees (Ed and the others) were not only courteous but undoubtedly knowledgeable in the area of their expertise. I cannot recommend this Sprint store enough.

Ive been a customer at this store for 11 years, with my family of five. Weve been ithere for one thing or another a couple dozen times. Weve only had one problem, when they tried to get us a new phone before we were eligible, but they eventually fixed the billing.
