I only needed to print one page pdf file with passport photos on the photo paper. The employee did this from the second attempt, however, at home I noticed that the print size is wrong: document was scaled. Next day I came there again, and the same employee gave me the attitude. First she was mumbling something that colors will be wrong if the size will not be scaled (sounds like nonsense to me). Then she said "I will try only one more print", emphasizing the word "one". When she brought the print back, she handed it to me and immediately walked away, showing that this was that "one more print". The print actually turned out good. But the attitude was really bad. Why would an employee say "only one more print"? Whos fault was that the first print wasnt done right? And this is a very simple task we are talking about, just printing one pdf file. I think this employee doesnt like to spend time on the small order like mine, only $1.45. They like large orders, maybe 100s or 1000s copies of some colorful brochure when they can make hundreds. They are set up to do big business, yet they cant do a simple task of properly printing one page without an attitude.

Its FedEx. Gets job done. Nice set of printing and copying systems. Shipping is no doubt Good. But this center is under staffed and those at work are pretty terrible at customer service. Its like they know you need them and see no reason to go out of their way to be helpful. Dont greet customers, never smile, make you wait without acknowledging your presence. Ive had multiple experiences where I was first ignored and then received blunt answers to simple questions. This is the closest center to my place and Ill continue to visit them. But some good customer service would certainly be appreciated.

Im not a guru when it comes to matters of shipping. This is why I went to this FedEx Kinkos / FedEx Office. Instead of being helpful and understanding, they were impatient and difficult. I wasnt able to ship what I needed because of packaging issues. Instead, I went the FedEx Kinkos on 2125 El Camino Real in Santa Clara and they were very friendly and nice and let me get away with using a one-time-use-only (never heard of this until now) shipping box a second time.

Went to print, sign, and scan a 7-page document. It took way too long. Wifi speed is very slow, so I had to use my own hotspot to download the file. Print came out fine, but the scanner is very outdated. Need a scanning solution available from the same machines that customers print from. Please update your equipment, I think customers would get a lot more use from this store location if you did.

Complete rip off. Try to make money off packaging. If you want to return product for Amazon and you already have label printed. I cant accept this package, I will change you for Pack and ship. I went out, packed my stuff. Oh, I cant accept this package. It rattles. You can pay for packaging material.

I am standing in the line and there is this one agent who is ridiculously waisting time talking to everyone, there were only 3 people ahead of me and i have been waiting for 45 minutes and he shamelessly continues talking to the lady ahead of me. Not coming to this store again.

Went in to print three sets of blueprints for the city. Employees wasted 30 minutes of my time because they didnt even know how to properly load printing paper. As a result was late to the city. If you need to print anything I suggest to avoid this location at all cost!

My company is a pain in the ass when it comes to the condition of items we ship. The ASM was still super friendly and went waaaay out of his way to help me ship my boxes. One of the better experiences Ive had at FedEx.

I went to scan certain B&W scan of documents and color scan of Ids. The color scan was done with very low resolution and the B&W scan also was not very good. Avoid getting here to do your document scans.

This fedex is just weird. I sent some confidential information & they send the packet to next customer`s adress. After dealing with them for 1 month, they didnt refund my charges.
