All I wanted to do was to drop a package at this PostNet to have the shipping carrier pick up. The man at the front said he didnt want to do it because hell have to use his muscle to pick up the heavy phone and call the carrier to come for pick up. He refused to do it and returned the package and told me to go call the carrier myself for package pick up. If I would be at home all day why would I even stop by for drop off? Am I missing something here??

Very pleasant experience here at the Mill Creek Postnet! When I came up to the Snohomish area to visit family this past week, I urgently had to make a few copies and send faxes to a client over the weekend. Brian was incredibly accommodating and had a wonderful attitude! Whenever Im back in the area, will definitely visit again if I have any urgent business needs!
