$15.68. Yes, $15.68. For what, you ask? For printing and scanning 17 regular, black and white pages. I have never felt this ripped off by a business in my life. Ive been a usual customer to this place for the past few months, and Ive NEVER been charged this egregious amount. I told the clerk this, and he said, "Oh, someone must have rung you up wrong before." Yeah, the last 10 times Ive been there I guess I was just gettin lucky! So once the documents were printed and scanned, he tells me I have to go over to the computer and pay to use that to email the documents to myself. Even though the last 10 times Ive been here, the clerk has emailed me the documents. He insisted they cant do that "For security reasons" so I had to pay an extra fee to use the computer. Also, the internet was slow so it ended up costing much more than it should have. Never coming back here, thats for sure!

Terrible experience. I wanted to print out a resume and I followed the instructions to a t and was told I would get a confirmation code immediately. The email they gave me to send it to, so it could be printed was not working at all, after five tries. The lady was decent enough to let me use a print station and when that was not working, re-imbursed me the money I spent. I know technology can be unreliable at times, but this is Fed-ex for crying out loud. Later when checking my email, I noticed the codes had finally arrived...half an hour later than I needed. I would not come back here to this location again, because I expect a company that is founded upon quickly printed items, to make exactly that happen.

My company has an account with FedEx, we have 2 defective laptops that I need to ship back to my corporate office, so they emailed me 2 overnight shipping labels and instructed me to head over to a FedEx facility to ship them. I called ahead to this location to confirm the last pickup time and they were really helpful, they even let me know about a specific box they have for laptops that costs $15 extra, but will protect them really well while they are in transit. Then they informed me they were out of laptop boxes and I should call over to the Belltown location to see if they had any. Next time I have to ship something, Ill definitely head in to this location (they are closer to my office anyways!)

1. If you have a lot of stuff to accomplish, their parking lot nazis will tag your car as being around too long. 2. If you ask where the restroom is, theyll point to the location but neglect to mention that a key is required. Probably just to mess with you. 3. When your wallet gets stolen inside their store, they will merely stare at you with blank unsympathetic eyes. Dont risk it. Find a quality location - preferably one that wont rip you off for color copies. Kinkos is notorious for that.

Do not waste your time. After waiting 10 minutes to drop off a package, that the guy could have said "just leave it on the counter." I waited twenty minutes in line to find out they quit notarizing stuff! You would have at least thought they would have been considerate enough to hang a sign saying so. Customers? We do not need no stinking customers! Is it so hard to pretend you care about other peoples time? The days of putting the customer first are long gone, especially at this train wreck.

this place has convenient hours nice people and plenty of machines to do what you need as long as you know what you want. I printed some email attachments, shipped packages and made flyers here. They allstars twell me the cheapest easy to use their automated systems and help with file format our conversion issues. Just dont be afraid to ask questions and remember that youre not the only person in line and that everyone gets frustrated about shipping and printing

Tried to ship a handgun following the rules of the FedEx website and the boy working freaked out. Told me I couldnt ship hazardous materials. I explained that it was not ammo, just a handgun. He became very angry and told me FedEx does not send weapons. I pulled up FedExs Website on my phone but he refused to believe it. After all that he couldnt refund my money I just payed online. Terrible knowledge of company procedure. Dont waste your time or money here.

In regard to the refew dated Sep. 25, 2006, I was equally astonished at the deliberate lack of help from their employee who refuse to help on my use of their scanner, saying it was proprietary information.Ive instructed my staff to never go back. I wrote the manager of the problem but never received the courtesy of an answer. If I treated my clients this badly Id be subject to censure from the Bar Assoc .

Excellent staff. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They help make your projects professional and sleek. There is free wi-fi as well to help you get your work done. Convenient location in Queen Anne right above the Metropolitan Market. Open 24 hours a day so you can get your project done anytime.

I just moved to Queen Anne and everyone at this location is so helpful and friendly. If they are unable to do something, they find out a different Kinkos that can. They go out of their way to get things done promptly and efficiently when printing jobs could otherwise be very stressful

Not a welcoming place. The feeling you get is why did you show up as customer. The tone and questions about the print job were just a put off. But I got what wanted and the experience got better as we talked through the requirements. Just a lousy start.

Call the phone number before going. FedEx /Kinkos is not located on 1st and Yesler! There is a nice print shop there (just south of the square) that does passport photos for less than Kinkos. Really nice people.

I come here often usually all goes well but i recently came in and spend a lot of money to get some invitations printed and they were printed in the wrong size. Not the end of the world but a big pain...

Extraordinarily unhelpful staff both over the phone and in the store. Slow service and not particularly interested in giving detailed information about the different shipping options.

Condescending, slow and irritable service, especially when one is "aided" by a worker named David. Sub par and unpleasant, with trudging attitude and ineffective techniques.

Proficient and friendly staff, clean, well lit and organized location. Free 30 minute parking. Copiers work nicely. Small selection of office supplies.

The staff was not very helpful and price per page to print is outrageous. You are much better off going to the public library!
