Ive been searching for good color reproduction for my art work. A few months ago, this was the best place in town, and the young woman helping me was very interested in the process and did an excellent job. Ive been recommending the place to every one. But yesterday, I went in again, worked with a young man who was apologetic about the less than perfect color quality. When I said the color reproduction used to be excellent, he said they have "a new machine" and maybe thats the problem. So Im off again on a quest for good color reproduction.

This place cares about its customers and can do most things you ask... if they arent overwhelmed at term with U of O stuff. Anyways, youll feel good about supporting this place. You cant beat 5 cents a copy! They also do color copies, black and white copies on colored paper, 11 x 17, spiral & comb binding, laminating, folding and stapling, faxes, shrink wrapping, and they sell course material for the university. Good place! Theyve printed out newsletters and zines for me, and theyve always been super helpful and efficient.

The staff was not well trained. I went in there on a quiet day during the summer, trying to fax one page to a canadian number. The girl had no idea how to do it. She started looking on google for how-to fax instructions. But she couldnt even do that right. I ended up telling her at least what she should type into google, but she was honestly pretty slow and/or stubborn. Took her forever to fax the one page! How can you work at a copy shop and not know how to fax??

My first time there I was making a handful of copies and I forgot my wallet, the gentleman working the counter said dont worry about it come back later and pay us then. So a couple weeks after that I went in and they make stickers for my website.
