The lady I spoke with was nice, but when I was handed off to the "gentleman", I was met with a most uncooperative, and unhelpful person. He wouldnt track a package, he wouldnt print a label. It wasnt so much that he could or could not do something, it was his uncooperative attitude that he didnt want to do anything. HIs customer service was absolutely horrible. Lets just say if he worked for me, he wouldnt be working for me. UPS should really rethink their partnership with this location. If youre going to put a UPS logo on the outside of your building then you should be able to handle UPS business.

This store never answers the phone and doesnt return phone calls. I had two packages sent here but I guess they were sent via USPS and they returned them to the sender. I was traveling and staying in Silver Falls and had to drive all the way to the store just for them to tell me that. No returned calls. No heads up that they had returned the packages. A huge waste of time and a ton of gas wasted. I spoke to the owner. Not sure what his name was but he was making up excuses and not taking any blame. Nor did he apologize. Worst experience at a UPS store ever by far.

I used to work for the owners Sean and Kelly Charlton for nearly two years during my time at Oregon State University. They are two of the nicest people, and best bosses an employee could ask for. They were wonderful with customer service, prompt in packaging, did a terrific job in document production, and made a point to know every customer by name. They are fantastic owners and even better human beings. I recommend their services for all packaging, shipping, logistics, and document production needs in the Corvallis area!

Sean really knows what customer service is all about. I had a package delivery sent to his ups store for me to pick up. I called to see what would be the best time to pick it up. He said after 2pm would be good. 10 minutes later the package showed up. He used the caller ID and called me to let me know the package was there. I got to pick it up hours earlier than I thought I was. Gave me the rest of the day to get things done. Well done!

For the past three years Ive come to Corvallis to work once a quarter and would ship at Sean and Kellys The UPS Store. Each time Im amazed that they know my name. Talk about customer service, Sean has even helped me bring boxes from my car in to the store. Sean and Kelly are good people.
