New customer of Sprint, needing my number ported. The rep gave no eye contact, typed constantly while I was at the counter, told me their store would not take a swap out I wanted another phone within the first 2 weeks (since I didnt but it there) and any other store required a $35 restock if I did. He gave no feedback about what he was working on while I waited for 45 minutes unless I specifically asked what was going on. He transferred my contacts, but would not tell me that is what he was doing while hiding both phones behind the counter. I had to ask what he was doing, and ask if they hold my info in a database, or clear a cache to protect my data, which annoyed him. The other gal had to leave at 4:30 while it was busy, too, and he grudgingly said "thanks a lot, _____" ... ever here the words "your fired"? Ive been a cs rep by phone, and 2 minutes is the longest you can have silence-then you must communicate your progress... A day later, my phone does not have service. Horrible customer service. Id rather drive to Portland and find a great store atmosphere, people who care, and get the job done in one visit. Where is the: -Positive -Friendly -Communicative -Assuring... lets make sure this works -Please call me if you need anything else (He also didnt introduce himself) ? Who hires this kind of person?

When I moved to McMinnville I was worried I wasnt going to have an easy time with my phone company as I had a great relationship with the employees at my Beaverton location. I was so thrilled and suprised when I met the employees there. Every time I go in I always ask for Barbara, she always helps me with my new phones and questions about my bill. She actually explains to me why I am paying what I pay etc. It always feels personal when Im there. Thanks Barb and McMinnville Sprint friends!

Zach was super helpful. We came in the day bef9re the launch of the Note 7 and we were informed there were only 8 phones for the launch at thos store. He was nice enough to hold a phone for me, not only the phone i wanted but the color too. We got to the store in the morning before it opened and there was already a line at the door. He knew who i was immediately and I got my phone. Im very happy with my service.

I love this store! Everyone is always super helpful and nice. I always go to Barbara when i have any questions. Unlike many other phone companies where they have no one who can speak Spanish Sprint does! Barbara can fix anything she helped me switch over from T-Mobile last year & Im so glad i did i wish i could give this store a higher rating they are awesome!

Great store, great availability of products. Exceptional customer service from Barbara who greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions politely, and helped me find just what I was looking for. Shes very personable and feels genuinely caring, which is why shes the only one Ill go to from now on. And Im definitely sending my friends and family to her!!

Great customer service at this location!! Staff is very knowledgeable and does not make you feel rushed . I would deffiently recommend going and seeing the Mcminnville Sprint if you are interested in great deals and great customer service.
