This location is very active, lots of customer traffic and many times I see there people which I dont get to see in other Kinkos - completely no-skill or any idea how computers/scanners/printers/copiers work. So these "customers" (who have to be served anyway) break stuff on a non-stop basis and I see some impatient ones, who would break one copier, get angry and go (do the same thing the same way) to the next machine - and over and over. People who work there can be angels and may be very skillful, but they do a patching approach, fix a thing and run back behind the counter to work on "orders", which is of course less stressful and makes more money, but, in this customer environment, at least one technician MUST BE ON THE FLOOR at all times. I mean, besides that the place is 1/10th of a size of a regular kinkos shop and has very little number of copiers, and gets 10-times the amount of walk-ins, if one machine is down, it makes everyone go crazy, but on any average day - HALF of them are out, many not working without any standard "out of service" sign on them - means that technician didnt even see it in its "off" stage yet, much less started working to fix it. If this place want to hold the good busy location it must attain to the busy traffic - have someone on the floor, all the time, PLEASE! And if such on-a-floor technician will help homeless people to copy (like, take their papers from them and do it and return without them touching buttons or putting-in papers) it would save many repairs and copiers will stay on and "up" for longer - its the unskilled clientele which kills this shop and it is contrary to what Kinkos had in mind as its audience when it was created - to let people to come and it do it all themselves (means - they know how, at least on basic level) - all the rest - please handle your orders to the staff member (who must be present for them!)

I came to this FedEx Kinkos with a very simple request — I brought two small poster JPGs on a USB and wanted the images printed to a 80-100Ib card stock. Both of the images were small — less than 11x17". I was first helped by a very scatterbrained older man who seemed like he didnt know what he was doing most of the time. He spent half an hour trying to print my simple task out on the old dinosaur printers on the floor. The first had a paper jam, and the others just wouldnt print. My card ended up being charged $10 for 0 prints, which thankfully was refunded. He was so loopy by the end that he handed my printing task off to a younger gentleman who was brighter and got them printed under 10 minutes on the printers behind the desk. That said, by this time I had already spent nearly an hour in the shop and was pretty frustrated. It was such a simple task!! While the people there did their best to help me, it just seems like the printers in this shop are out of date and the staff isnt very knowledgeable. I would not recommend coming here with your printing to-dos. If you do, order your prints online ahead of time so theyre ready for pickup.

Rather than describe the entire comedy of errors, let me just say that going here is a total waste of your time and money. They are beyond incompetent! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. UPDATE: Months later I had to use their service again. After paying nearly $600 for printed reports, I asked to have a few other pages printed out, which I had on an SD card. Rather than saying, "No problem, we can print that behind the counter in a few minutes," the guy says, "It has to be on a USB." I knew full well that wasnt true. I pressed. "Are you telling me you cant print from an SD card anywhere in this office?" He THEN says, "Yeah, but the other guy needs to help you and hes busy right now." What terrible customer service! These people were never trained a day in their life to provide good service. They act as if Im imposing on them. The other guy tells me the color printer is busy so Ill have to wait. By then I decided I dont want to give another penny to this terrible company. DONT GO HERE! Support other businesses instead.

make sure you print a receipt. i came in the other day to use the internet and print off one sheet of paper and when i ended my session the cost of printing and use of internet was about 2 dollars. i looked at my checking account today, and fed ex office charged me FIFTEEN DOLLARS. i called them to tell them what happened and that i didnt print off a receipt (ive never felt the need to at other fed ex offices because ive never had an issue, the staff was helpful and competent). the sales associate i spoke with wasnt very helpful and made a comment that i just wasnt paying attention to how much time had gone by, and that because i didnt print off a receipt there wasnt much they could do for me. what a waste of money.

I hurried in past the FedEx truck at 5pm with a package I wanted to get to New York the next day. There wasnt a line but there was one guy already being helped with another shipment. The man helping him acknowledged me and steered me to the right forms without abandoning the first customer and flagged another staff person to come help me. She came right up, confirmed the package, rang me up at lightening speed, and between the two of them they hustled and got both our packages out to the driver before he left. We werent begging or being demanding - I knew I was late - but they just decided to go the extra mile with big smiles. Made my day!

This was different, different because I have never taken a test like this. It was fun. I have worked with FedEx for years and I always appreciate the help that is given. Even when they are tasked by a large group of folks that really do not know that much about computers and printers. And I have been one of those people that did not know how to make prints of different sizes and finishes so I appreciate their help. I trust and can count on my packages being shipped and delivered on time. I have never been let down by FedEx. I have worked at a FedEx office when all our power went down. It was very easy to jump right back into work.

Previously I have had a wonderful experience with a sales associate, who worked hard at helping me with scanning and saving pages. Unfortunately I do not recall his name. The last two days I have dealt with another man, who on both occasions refused to do a job of scanning and storing over 800 pages, whilst I wait. He said they are too busy and I have to place an order and return. I cannot leave these pages as they are rare and should there be a problem I would like to be present to help or answer questions. I am puzzled as to why this is happening, I know this will be a job costing about $200. Do they want to do business?
