A Very LARGE Local outdoor supply company sent me an order that was not intended for me. I printed off the return label, and went to this store. Didnt tape up the box, but had my label. The Guy, I am assuming the franchise owner, didnt want to even tape up my box. He stated it was not his problem, and that I would need to buy tape, or pay them $1.69 to tape up my box. I explained the situation, and he begrudgingly taped it, but geez. I said returning the box wasnt my problem either, but I did the right thing. Bad Customer Service.

The entire staff at the Pearl Steet location are very nice, and make me feel like family, something that I have not experienced at any of the other locations I have done business with. They are also very good at their jobs, and handled my package like pros. Thank you!
