In February bought a cartridge for an old HP printer from CW and several months later discovered that the printer was not compatible with my new Windows 7 computer. I ended up buying a new HP printer too. Not having opened up the package I returned the old cartridge but CW was not willing to refund my money because the cartridge was a very slow moving product for them. Their pricing on the new printer cartridge was $114 on a reman available for $150 new from HP. I declined that and the clerk returned with another for $60 which was roughly comparable with the price online. Later I realized that she had substituted a much lower volume cartridge for the one that was $114. She was willing to take it back but I felt that there was deception involved as she made a substitution without advising me and secondly she would not give me credit for an unopened product. She claims that their reman cartridges are much higher quality than the Chinese cartridges online for half the price. My advice ... be careful!

Clerk would not reveal the cartridge price until I actually bought it. She was neither helpful nor polite. I bought the cartridge any way. All I needed was black. Stuck it in my printer to give it a shot. Now, about a month later my printer will not print anything black. I only get a few random dots. Not going back to this place, Ill pay the extra money for a manufacturers replacement... if I can indeed fix my printer.

Owner was extremely rude and said she would refuse to sell me anything unless I gave her my personal info like name, address and my telephone number. I understand why a company would ask for it but to refuse a sale and get rude when I wanted to keep my info private is ridiculous. I have also noticed that the owner placed a 5 star review for herself after a previous customer was also unsatisfied. Really?

Love these folks, they go out of their way for our office. They are free with advice, and I have never had anything but politeness from anyone at this store. These other comments look like competition attacks. I have referred several clients and business associates to them, all with similar experiences to mine. Great Company, I have and will continue to refer folks to them.

Would not refund cartridge that didnt work in my printer even though I went out and bought new cartridges that worked just to prove that she was selling a bad product. She wanted me to bring in my printer to the store. I had to file a claim with better business Bureau and my credit card company. AVOID THIS STORE!
