I have been a customer of Bear Printing for over 10+ years and I really cant say anything but good things about them. First off, their pricing is the best and their work is always superb. I have always found them to be pleasant. I ran into a situation one time that someone was a bit short, but everyone has a moment every now and then, certainly doesnt reflect on their business and quality of service. I recently had my mothers celebration of life programs printed there and once again... SUPERB JOB!!! I was coming in from Dallas, TX to have the services there in Portland and there wasnt even another printer I considered, because I KNOW the work of Bear Printing. Keep up the good work! :)

Also had a bad experience...no customer service. When I called about an order...no satisfactory response on why it was not available as ordered. Jennifer, owner, was quite nonchalant about providing service as requested. No explanation given for failure and the only remedy was to wait two more days for simple digital copies that I downloaded to them the day before. They do not come through...and NO customer service (I waited 20-hours before calling them...and then I had to leave a message..no one answering the phones in the afternoons!) Stay AWAY from this one!.

I have 3 companies and have been with Jennifer ( Bear Printing ) for 20 years. They know how important my time is each day so I only hear from them twice after placing my order, once for proofing and second and final delivery. Also the work is always GREAT and on time. Sometimes sooner then the deadline...THAT GREAT. THANK YOU O ALL THE STAFF.
